What a lovely company this is! I received a lovely email after I had placed my order which arrived promptly. They were out of stock by 2 tea lights in the scent I wanted so sent 5 of another scent. Compostable soy wax tea lights burn beautifully so will definitely be shopping with them again.

Our delivery info page does ask for a little extra tolerance at the moment given everything that is going on - the poor men and women of the Royal Mail are doing their best and there has been a huge surge in post. I'm sure you understand.

I have ordered candles, wax melts and matches. The orders arrived quickly and the candles were nicely presented. The seller, Thomas, communicated and seemed to care that everything was ok. I'm impressed with the care level that invested in the candles. You feel you get something special on the unpackaging process already. Candles look and smell very nice as well. I bought Christmas series so I'm still waiting for a special winter evening to use them.

This is the first time I’ve tried soy candles and I’m very pleased. It has a nice fragrance that isn’t overpowering. Also soy is meant to be a healthier option which I think is quite important.

I ordered two items. One came and one didn't. I have repeatably emailed the company for an explanation to no avail. I have yet to receive any contact. This has been two weeks now. Very disappointed!
