Womens Skecher Big League Trainer…
I was disappointed to discover the skechers trainers I had ordered were not in fact wide fit as stated. I have had to return them and I am still awaiting my refund.

Overall a good company to purchase wide fit footwear from!
Ordered a pair of New Balance trainers and was given a 10% discount, they arrived 3 days later and fitted perfectly, were really comfortable and great for the price, so I ordered another pair with the discount they gave again. If I had to give a constructive criticism I would say it would be really helpful if they gave a description of how the different trainers (which seem to be categorised by model numbers) were different as I was totally confused and ended up taking a chance. However, even New Balance website failed on this point. All in all though a good company to purchase from 11/10, thank you.

Good shoes but poor service when things go wrong
*final edit*. Took a chance and ordered from them again. Very different experience. Parcel arrived very quickly - no issues. Would use them again. Marked down by one star because first experience wasnt great.
*edit*. Wide fit shoes were very apologetic on reading my review and offered me a discount as a gesture of goodwill, which I appreciated.
Good shoes and pleasant customer services, but scored lower because Order was severely delayed with Royal Mail and the issue was badly handled by them. I paid for purchase protection which according to them means replacement if goods delayed, no questions asked, and no liaison with couriers etc. long story short - they didn’t send replacement when I asked and I had to go to the Royal Mail delivery office and get them myself after a number of email exchanges. They were polite and replied quickly to emails but didn’t do what they said they would on their website. Don’t bother with purchase protection - waste of money. And it seems, under consumer law it’s the sellers responsibility to resolve delivery issues, not the purchasers.

Easy to shop online. Very quick delivery. I ordered a pair of New Balance 411 size 8.5 2E fit. I order men's as the women's range don't go up to my size.
I have arthritis and need a comfortable wider fitting trainer. I find the NB 411 gives me room and comfort especially when my feet/toes are swollen.
Arrived exactly as described, well packaged. The only bit that I don't fully like is the sole as it makes a suction noise when walking on certain types of floor surfaces. Fits to size. I have bought 3 pairs of this style in different colours. Great for everyday wear.

I was imagining shoes with a wider bottom at the arch area. My feet are just as wide in the arch area as the toe area. Flat
I’m thinking about a wider bottom at the arch, and a mostly vertical side.
Also, a flat insole. The insole being similar to the Spenco type. Just flat no arch pad.
Any arch support can be achieved by forming the shoe base as a gentle or small gradual curve. Very slight but just enough for foot support.

I purchased the New Balance 574 classic shoes in 2E wide fit but they are nowhere near the width of my previous New Balance shoes also 2E … I have had to remove the insoles to gain the extra space for reasonable comfort. I like the shoes so have chosen to keep them.

Ordered New Balance 624 2E but got 608
Ordered New Balance 624 2E as i already have had several pairs over the years and have found them both comfortable and durable.
I was surprised to receive NB 608 trainers, with no previous notification of the change to my order.
Evidently the 624 is discontinued even though you are still advertising them on social media!
Fortunately the 608 seems to be the same sizing as the 624 so I have kept the trainers.
Having now worn the 608s they are a similar fit but different in respect of a shorter tongue which makes them slightly more difficult to put on for me personally.
It's such a shame to discontinue a popular and comfortable trainer in my opinion.
