Las gafas les entra agua / GOGGLES LEAK
He comprado unas gafas Zoggs predator Flex pero entra agua. Nado hace 30 años como federado y hace muchos años no tenía este inconveniente. He comprado un segundo par para evitar andar con recambios e historias

I bought Zoggs predator Flex and the goggles leak. I have swum during more than 30 years in a competition level (today 400 m in 5’). I do not have this problem since I was a kid. I decided to buy another pair in order to avoid claims, refund, courier, returns, etc etc. I Hope the next goggle pair shall not be defective as well. Regards

Le informo que su paquete salió el día de Diciembre y que la entrega en España suele tardar entre 4 y 7 días laborables aproximadamente, aunque en ocasiones puede sufrir retrasos fuera de nuestro control a causa de los trámites postales.
Al mismo tiempo, le comunico de que su paquete ha sido enviado haciendo uso del servicio postal aéreo de Royal Mail y que será Correos la empresa encargada del trámite de entrega. Habiendo transcurrido hoy 7 días laborables desde su envío, le animamos a conceder unos pocos días para poder recibir esta compra con nosotros, y si este no es el caso por favor no dude en enviarnos un correo electrónico a info@wiggle.es

Lack of customer service
Even items seemed to be in stock, dispatch took around three days. During this time I requested to customer service to change delivery address because freight was not specified in purchasing process (free delivery and no tracking number was expected to be UK Royal Mail not DHL) and just answered to me to update when I receive a confirmation of delivery by email; something that was totally baffling for me as I was requesting to change delivery address before items where ready to be picked up by freight or any confirmation delivery was prepared.
Anyway following customer service instructions when I received confirmation delivery by email I did update to customer service and remembering again that I wanted to amend delivery address. But... I did not receive any answer!!! Just once items arrived to my country I did contact to freight company to amend delivery address.

I regret to confirm that by the time we received your request for a change of address, your order was already released in our system and being processed by our team, making it impossible for us to amend your delivery address. However, in an attempt to assist you, we asked you to contact us once your order was ready to go, as you would have a tracking reference for your order, and we would then contact DHL for you to amend the delivery details. I can confirm our team contacted this company although I sincerely apologize for the lack of response.
I apologize for the inconvenience and we are glad to see this order has now been delivered.
