I ordered a swim wetsuit 3 months ago and did not receive it after many emails offering my help. I finally had to ask for my money back as I have not received the order. I am very dissatisfied.

Worst e-commerce experience in years
I don't understand why this group relies on the services of poor shipping providers. None of my last shipments arrived within the time promised, the last one is still missing after three weeks and probably lost. Interestingly, I have always paid up to have the 3-days delivery service.
Once they move to reliable international shippers I will consider buying from them again.

Incomplete delivery. Impossible to contact the customer support
I received an incomplete delivery of Dahon Vitesse D7HG 2013. In particular, two things was missing:
- the elastic strap for the luggage rack
- the foldable pedals
These items are clearly indicated as belonging to the bicycle in your site and also in the Dahon site.
I wrote explaining this issue in several mails, during 4 weeks, without any answer. Then in my opinion the customer support is unreacheable or do not exist!

La bicicletta Dahon Vitesse D7HG 2013 mi è stata consegnata incompleta. Infatti, rispetto a quando previsto, mancano 2 cose:
- l'elastico del porta-pacchi
- i pedali pieghevoli
Ho scritto molte mail al customer support durante 4 settimane, senza nessuna risposta. Quindi secondo me il customer support non è raggiungible o non esiste!
