Came for new tyres, which were fine and good value. Unfortunately the tracking of the car wasn't. I came back three times to have it corrected, and each time it was progressively worse. Eventually I w... See more

Always that's amazing attendance on Doncaster garage. Fabulous and awesome attention. Well done.
I needed a brake light bulb and possibly a tail light, I asked for both bulbs in store and the sales advisor came out to the car to check what was and wasnt working, in freezing fog, and replaced the bulb that wasnt working. Very helpful young man. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this store.
YOUR ONLINE CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE IS A JOKE 😡
Placed an online order (Order No 105605) at the Yarmouth branch, for a focus mk2
1.8tdci. Left it 4
hours, arrived at the shop, everyone sitting around, my order hadn't been prepared & it turned out they
didn't have the air filter in stock after all, thank god paypal didn't hand over any money. Told them not to
bother, walked out after mentioning some expletive, not clever i know
but i'm not keen on having my time & diesel wasted by incompetent shop workers.
Just had a similar experience at the Lowestoft branch (Order No 105667) went to pick my order up & once again no one had bothered preparing it & to make matters worse I was told that it had already been collected….utter garbage. Take a leaf out of Halfords book, when they say an item’s in stock, it is! and you’re emailed when it’s ready for collection, they get my vote every time.
The service I have received from Wilco Motosave has been second to none. From emailing the manager Tom to get a quote, securing price matches and honouring them, to going to the Bramley centre and having continued excellent service from the store manager David and the lads working on the vehicles too I can honestly say the service, prices and quality of work is unsurpassed. I would highly recommend Wilco Motosave, particularly the Bramley Branch, if you're looking for great prices, service and good quality parts and fitting as well. 10/10
My go-to local auto-fit in Bradford. Always great service from Tong Street Bradford branch. Yesterday Rachel and her team went above and beyond sorting out my puncture on a busy Friday afternoon so I could drive to Birmingham safely on Saturday morning. Big thank you, guys. You are appreciated.
Give this place a wide berth. I do not trust anything they say. They have blatantly lied to me on more than one occasion to attempt to rip me off. They never return calls and are completely incompetent. AVOID Wilco MotoSave Huddersfield.
Absolute clowns 🤡. Had a screw in my tyre tread, they told me it couldn’t be repaired and to replace my tyre like for like would cost £150. Needless to say, I went elsewhere and got my tyre repairs for £15. Also checked tyre price on black circles, around £86 🥴. Never use these robbing b******s 👎. I visited the the Huddersfield branch.
WilcoMotorsave Doncaster branch is what this review is about. All the lads at this garage are extremely helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. They offer a consistent professional service, that is honest and good value for money. You can't put a price on driver peace of mind and this is what this garage gives me. I recommend this garage and shop for a quality service and hassle free transactions. I've been a customer of this garage for a few years now, and I love bringing my car to this garage as I know my customer experience will be enjoyable. Every single member of staff I can't fault for being amazing. Thank you all very much.
Brilliant service once again, lovely friendly staff Great once again,Wilthorpe branch,Barnsley
Top-quality job from the Swinton branch!
Car was making odd noises, took it in, minor adjustment made, free of charge.
What more can I say than that? Simple, straightforward and free fix of an ageing Honda. Well done lads!
Would give zero stars if that was an option.
Took my car to the Hunslet, Leeds branch for a new battery and for a bulb to be changed.
Battery straight forward enough but after a good 45 minutes and 3 mechanics trying, they gave us the bulb and a piece that they had removed from under bonnet back and told us "you'll need to go somewhere that is prepared to take the bumper off to replace it as we can't do it".
When I questioned why they'd start a job they couldn't finish the manager was very aggressive and rude and told lies about what had been said.
I am currently waiting a call back from customer service dept.
I would just like to say how fantastic the lads are at your Huddersfield branch.
During my way home from work (Huddersfield Royal Infirmary) all sorts was running through my mind when I could hear a very expensive noise coming from the front wheels.......it was Xmas eve too!!
I’ve just been to WilcoMotor Save who took the wheel off & to my amazement, the expensive noise was a stone between the front near side disc & the splash guard........Panic Over
Highly recommend this team!!
Huge Thank you
Just this morning called into the Batley branch for a quote for 2 new tyres and advice. Explained about a slow puncture and they offered a tyre check there and then and discovered a slight fault with a valve, tightened up and no sign now of tiny leak. Got our my wallet and told no charge, without a doubt when I need tyres I will go there. A few years ago I thought a battery was faulty, they checked it and said "much as I would love to sell you a new battery there is nothing wrong with this. Great guys, very knowledgeable and friendly.
Very racist staff in Barnsley. I have been to buy a quad battery and i ask for the specific size they said can't give me a battery just if i bring the old one , when i bring the old battery they said " sorry we don't have this any batteries" when i ask them why they said they have , they ask me to leave the shop because oherwise i'll be banned.
I called into the swinton store on the off chance they could check the brakes on my bicycle (as the rear one had failed on my way home from work)
I got a bike mechanic called Mitch after inspecting them he explained what the problem was and showed me the issue (some of the screws were missing from the rotor disc holding it on) As this is a new bike (only a week old it had not been set up correctly upon purchase)
He said to me "i would normally book this in to do it but i cant in good conscience have you leave with no brakes" He did the work and my brakes are working perfectly now
This could have been a disaster for me as if they would have failed when i was cycling in traffic i could have been involved in a serious accident
I will definately be going here with all my bike issues in the future
I have bought lots over the years from Wilco in Felixstowe. I have always found them to be really helpfull and competitive on price.
Just want to thank the incompetent bike mechanic at the Wilco Swinton branch, for butchering my expensive Giant bike.It was taken in for a supposedly routine gear cable replacement, and returned totally unrideable, with an badly connected budget gear cable, and numerous parts missing. Unfortunately for myself , this happened a couple of days before lockdown, meaning I could not get the matter resolved. And furthermore I"d had the honour to pay for this masterclass in incompetence.Overall I think I would have had more fun if I poked hot pins in my teary blue eyes. Thanks again, I applaud you.Needless to say I will neither be returning or recommending this circus to anyone.
Took my car to the Gainsborough branch recently to fix a botched wheel bearing by another garage. What a difference when the right part is fitted. Quality assurance was undertaken 2 weeks later to confirm it was still working fine at no extra cost. Had shocks done here too and subsequently my car passed MOT. Bought the Cooper all season tyres one week later and what a life save these tyres are, especially in the recent storms. Very highly recommended garage. Very pleased customer. Hats off to the manager.
Had new front coil spring fitted at Doncaster branch due to original breaking. After a couple of weeks spring started making a lot of noise I went back only to be told they couldn't hear or see anything so I said I will monitor it to see if it was just a bedding in issue. The spring continued to make loud noises on suspension travel or when I'm parking up it also sounds as if something is loose or moving when I go over a sharp bump.Anyway I went back second time and then assistant manager said yes we can hear it but couldn't say where it was coming from and best thing I could do was go to another garage for second opinion(what)now I know another garage won't diagnose problem without taking leg apart and then charge me labour so I emailed head office who just passed it back to Doncaster manager who said it was my strut top bearing and also had the gaul to say he had informed me of this when new spring was fitted this was not true he made no mention of this.So he agreed for me to purchase new strut top because they couldn't get hold of one and he would sort it for me also I said in my first email I wasn't prepared to pay for tracking again due to it being done when I had new front tyres fitted he again said book it in when part arrives and we will sort it.So paid about £35 for kit waited 4 days for delivery took car back on agreed day manager not there but assistant manager was booking in and said there was another £40 labour charge to which I refused to pay so left .Head office said they would have area manager ring me Saturday 14th waited nearly all day then branch manager rang about 16.03 and just went on that he said I was aware of charge which I wasn't things he started saying would I go to work without pay I said I'm retired at which point I said I will pay £40 but let's donate it to their chosen charity to which he said it's not about being charitable what a tight fisted money grabbing company this is so I just said forget it and rang off.
So that leaves me with a part that I can't use and how does he know the spring they fitted is not actually faulty or fitted incorrectly because they haven't taken it apart to have a proper look so my advice is use them at your expense because I certainly have.
Friendly staff, good prices, great advice. Thank you Colchester branch!
