Absolutely beautiful hand made pheasant wreath. Love the colours and selection of feathers

I would give 0 start if I have the choice. First of all, I placed my order on 15th September, up to now nearly 2 months after, I m still waiting for it. Has been emailing and calling the company, and has given reasons and delivery dates but, it never happened.
Then I asked a refund, the very next day which was 20th October the company emailed saying it's delivered and given me a tracking number, when I checked, UPS showed the label created but waiting for the parcel, 12 days later I checked again, UPS still waiting for the parcel. !!
I asked a refund but the company didn't reply.
I hope nobody else experiencing what I v been through.,

Ordered arrived very quickly and very pleased with the rug

Despite having been promised my products and having a notification that shipping had been started over 10 days ago, I have still not received my sheepskins. It's a shame that nobody is replying to me on their contact page, as the products really do look gorgeous. Maybe this review will prompt them to ship my goods as promised!

Bought two woven cotton throws for sofas. Wildash had an extra large size which we needed with a choice of colours. The items arrived securely packed. They arrived within time stated. Very pleased with the quality.
Will be returning them but reordering in another colour. Hope the returns service is as good.

The wreath and the snowy animal ornaments weren’t worth the money in my opinion.
But what really irked me is the fact that they didn’t respond to my query about being overcharged £10.
That’s the real reason they get 1⭐️ Since they clearly didn’t care about my custom.

I ordered 4 large sheepskins, they were delivered the following day. Extremely helpful and polite staff. The skins are of excellent quality, I wouldn't hesitate to use again. Absolutely superb service

I ordered two sheepskins and they are absolutely gorgeous! Very happy with experience.

Item sent was not the colour ordered but the mistake was quickly rectified at the shop and I have a really lovely sheepskin covering my chair, I am very pleaed with the product and the price.

The sheep skin is excellent. Looks beautiful, soft and comfy for our little bubba. It made such difference during the heatwave this summer, as he was very relaxed and not so restless with heat discomfort. Thanks Wildash, great product indeed.

The fleece was for a friend who had broken her shoulder and was finding it difficult to sleep. She really likes it but the website said it would be delivered in 5 days but there was a delay and it was about 3 weeks before she got it. Wildash were very good about updating me on expected delivery and delivery.

Great product but the service is terrible. I ordered 4 hides 3 in stock one on a back order. I received an email to say delivery was on its way which was then immediately cancelled. A week later I called to see what the situation was and was assured someone would call me back in 24 hours. I had no call back. I called 3 times and again told someone would call me back that never happened. I did eventually get my order but very disappointed that I was left in limbo for so long. I ordered from you as I like to support small independent companies but calls divert to a switch board who clearly have no idea what is going on and don’t keep you updated. I have no problem with delays but lack of communication is worrying and I’d have been very very worried if I’d have been unhappy with the product and tried to get my money back.
