Another wonderful product from Wildash
Another wonderful product from Wildash. We've had 2 fantastic Icelandic rugs from them. Ordered these 2 seat covers on special offer. They are very comfy. One has corner stitching though, so we have to be sure that part is toward the back as it can be a bit lumpy. Will definitely order our next rug from Wildash for
winter.

Never received my item. Emailed this company twice and never got a response. I’m going to call my bank to dispute the charges since I never received my item and customer service is unresponsive. Do not buy from this company!

Sheepskin rug
I ordered a sheepskin rug . It didn’t arrive within the expected timeframe. I was in touch with the company, who responded straight away.They kept me informed of the situation. My rug arrived well packaged and presented lovely.I was told it would be worth the wait. It certainly was , the rug is so luxurious and beautiful.

Always stunning products from Wildash. I have bought many rugs from this company which I use as rugs and throws, all beautiful. Recently got the Christmas tree skirt, pure luxury and very big, also doubles up as a rug or throw as it has a zip on the bottom. Can’t praise wildash enough. Thank you

DISGRACEFUL AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER…
DISGRACEFUL AND NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET TOTALLY STRESSED OUT.
I bought two snoods. They sent me the wrong colour for one of them. I phoned and phoned, emailed, sent watts app galore and I got absolutely nowhere. I constantly tried to contact them but did not hear anything apart from one message saying they were away on half term! In the end, I had to contact my bank and had to try and claim the money back through this way. I had even more inconvenience with sending the bank all of the correspondence that I had sent them.
When I eventually got the money back, I had absolutely no apology whatsoever or anybody from customer services asking how they could help me I find it unbelievable. .

Amazing quality product- I ordered an ice landing sheep bean chair after having sat in one during a vacation stay and fell in love immediately.
Initial communication was a bit slow, but they were super apologetic and nice.
