I placed and paid for a hight chart…
I placed and paid for a hight chart ruler on 24th November 2024, In plenty of time for a Christmas present for my great niece whom will be 2 years old on Christmas Day.
After leaving numerous voicemails and emails without any response in confirming my delivery in time for Christmas.
Diabolical customer service and really disappointing company to deal with.
If they ever respond I’ll be getting a refund if this company does exist!

Unfortunately, we encountered an unforeseen issue when our engraving partner, who held all of our stock, suddenly went into administration. This left us unable to fulfil outstanding orders, including yours, which is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide.
We can confirm that your order has now been refunded in full. We are truly sorry for the lack of communication during this time — it was an incredibly difficult situation for us to manage, but that’s no excuse for leaving you without an update.
As a small business, we take immense pride in our products and customer service, and we are genuinely disappointed that we fell short on this occasion. We are currently reviewing the future of our height charts, but in the meantime, we are working hard to ensure our communication and service are improved across the board.

Still not received order after 10 weeks of trying to contact
I ordered (and paid) for a height ruler on 11th October (over 2 months ago). I have called, left voice messages, emailed, WhatsApp’d and used their online chat, but after initially being told I would receive the design proof to approve at the beginning of November I have heard nothing despite trying to contact them every week. This was a Christmas gift for my family and it’s so upsetting and disappointing to be ignored. There is no way I will receive it now before Christmas. Can someone please respond to me??

I think they are having a few communication problems but persevere- they are a good small company with great products.

Beautiful long sheepskin chair pads. I'm absolutely over the moon with my products! Wonderful products and great value! Ordered Sunday and delivered Thursday.
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because there were initially some problems with communication. However that was sorted out with Nisha phoning me herself. Lovely person and I think a good small company.
All said I'll be ordering again!
I love how the sheepskin adds colour and softens all the hard modern lines.

Not able to get a response trying to cancel an order
Trying to cancel an order. Have left a WhatsApp and a couple of phone messages. Not heard back yet. I originally wanted to amend delivery details as had selected collect from the shop in error but not hearing anything and looking at some of the other reviews I have asked to cancel. Hopefully I will hear something tomorrow. If not, I will raise a case with PayPal. Payment still pending so hopefully I will get confirmation the order is cancelled

Hello Elizabeth, you placed your order on Saturday the 2nd November for a Washed Woollies Sheepskin Spray, to be collected from our showroom in Notting Hill. I believe you then tried to get in touch because you had placed the order with collection rather than delivery. A simple error. We are all human after all!
We are a small business and closed over the weekends. We, too, have families and are real, living, breathing people. As such, our customer service hours are from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. I am sorry you didn't give us a chance on Monday to respond to you before posting this review, but I understand that all has been resolved and you have received a refund for your order. Buyer beware. This is not a good company to deal with
I returned the item because I was unhappy with the colour. Whilst I appreciate that natural products will have their own uniqueness, I did expect the rug to bear more of a resemblance to the picture on the website which prompted my purchase.
Unfortunately Wildash are proving very difficult to get a refund from which looking at other reviews on the web seems to be a common occurrence. I returned the item tracked by Royal Mail who confirmed they delivered it over 2 weeks ago. I would definitely not recommend buying anything from this company.

As your review is an organic review, it did take us a while to find your order, but we did finally find it! It looks as if you placed your order on Amazon. Amazon has a unique returns and refunds process. Much of the time, refunds are automated by Amazon. which can at the same time be frustrating but also convenient for sellers! On this occasion, it looks as if for some reason your order had not been automatically applied. We manually refunded your order for you so all should be well.

Many thanks for your insightful review! I am sorry to hear you think we are a "scam online" but I can assure you we are not.
As discussed by email, it looks as if your parcel got lost in transit. We did offer to replace and reship your order, but you preferred a refund, which we provided immediately.
It is true there seem to be many scammy, spammy websites online these days, but we are not one of them! We are a small family business. We take pride in the products we create and yes, sometimes our made-to-order items do take a few days longer to produce than expected, but they are always worth the wait!
If in doubt, do drop in and visit us in Notting Hill!

Terrible customer service, no items and no refund
I reached out to customer service after 4 weeks with no updates to my order - they responded offering to replace an out of stock item. I declined and asked for a refund, they still have not responded despite multiple followups over 2 more weeks. Absolutely horrible customer service, it's been a month and a half now with no order and no refund.
