Stacey was JUST AMAZING. I am an elderly person not at all confident with purchasing online. Stacey stayed on the phone while I signed up an account made my purchase.. she went to check stock, answered every question I needed about sizing for shoes. I couldn’t have asked for anyone better.. 100% top shelf Customer Service from this lady. Customer Service is a dying thing and I can’t tell you how much it meant to me to have her on the end of the line to assist me with my purchase. I purchase I may otherwise never have gotten. As I have learnt the stores will not order in things for you. Stacey, you are a blessing. Do not change ever.

Quality products, but their online side of things leave a lot to be desired
They sell quality products, but their online side of things leave a lot to be desired. Packaging for soft goods was just a courier bag, then tightly wrapped in clear tape. It was impossible to open without a blade, which then damaged the the goods that I purchased. When I contacted Wild Earth, they told me that I should of opened it with a pen.........

I had already contacted you when I received the goods, with supporting email and photos. This is the email I received:
Hi ......
We are sorry to see this has happened to your goods.
I can pass this onto our packing team to keep in mind.
Unfortunately we do recommend not using blades to open packages for this reason. We would advise just piercing with something like a pen or other item that will be unable to penetrate/cut any fabric.
We hope you have a good rest of your day despite this not so great start!
