It's a pity that I cannot give six stars. Great products and amazing service. I had to exchange a jacket that was slightly over the returns policy date. Wild Earth accepted it and made sure I got what I wanted. I had prompt communication throughout and service at the Brisbane outlet store was amazing. The staff are friendly, helpful, and very informed.

Great little torch
Great little torch. But the plastic corner where the steal key ring is weak and breaks. You are supposed to attach a cord. I love these torches. Please re design that plastic part. It's my 4th one in 5 years. Thank you. Scott. ☺️

New Salamon 25L run pack.
Hi team, was so excited to get my hands on this new Salamon pack that had been recommended by your team in store. I oredered it a week ago but when I looked at it to show my mate I saw it was reduced at 30$ off. I am still happy with my purchase and wanted to order it before it sold out however the price reduction did leave a slightly bad taste.
