Terrible service .Still haven't got my harness after 4weeks.They say contact us but never reply to any emails Will definitely not be using this company again.Im being very generous in giving 1 star.

update: I finally received an email stating order shipped still showing Evri waiting for parcel, had s look at company house records, this company stopped trading in 2017, which makes me believe they had left over items and sold them till they ran out and are now just stealing peoples money, ive reported to companys house, and action fraud. Ordered Harnesses 6 Days ago, they've had wll week to send them out, but after reading reviews I don't believe I'm going to receive them, to other people not received goods, report to Action Fraud and to trading standards, this appears to be a company, that initially provided good products but are now taking peoples money and not sending goods and not replying to emails.

I ordered a harness on the 1st June 2023 still haven’t received it sent so many emails asking where it is with no response asked for refund not had one yet will never buy from them again

I ordered 2 harness on the 11th June payment taken on the 12th June and heard nothing since. Can't find a contact number for them

9 days after email saying my order has been shipped it still hasn't arrived. Went on the tracking link and says we're expecting your parcel....so was I about a week ago!

I have not actually received my dogs harness from wilex not sure why this is the second time I’ve ordered and not received it no explanation.

There are no stars as we haven't received the harness we ordered Evri has shown they are still waiting for the item. Wilex have not responded to my message on Facebook.

Still not received my order I placed on 25th May emailed numerous times and had no correspondence find it very poor customer service

I’ve not received my order and customer service are not replying to my email, I can’t get hold of anyone. please don’t buy off this company, you will loose your money!

The website and my order confirmation says 2-5 days for shipping but I still haven't received anything 13 days later. Tried to contact the company numerous times but no response received.

The harness never arrived - I sent several emails (no telephone number) with no response.

What a shame - we already have a Wilex harness and have liked it so much we wanted another.

The delivery time is ridiculous.Am still waiting for a harness 3 weeks now

I have emailed twice now reference my delivery that has not arrived. It's been 2 weeks and no response.

Ordered 19th May not received item emailed several times to ask for an update no response received, emailed to ask for a refund again no response very poor customer service, very disappointed

I placed an order and received a confirmation and that was that. I have sent several emails since and received no reply to any of them, no refund even though I have paid and not received. I didn't even want to give 1 star but it was the only way I can warn people about this company.

After several orders which were absolutely great I ordered another harness expecting the same excellent service. I have not received my order and have emailed four times to ask to be updated and have not received an answer to any of my emails.
What's gone wrong? It's not what you expect from Wilex. Still waiting for my order.

Nothing received, have had to purchase elsewhere. No response to request for a refund. But still Wilex pursue me for a review. So here it is.
