Finally, my waiting time finish, Keys were collected through sales team on one nice afternoon, A special thanks to Mrs. Bev and her team for continual follow-up and time-to-time updates about the status, in fact they spoke with my solicitors also to make the process faster and without any problems.
House demonstration also went well today.

Recently, we purchased a home in the Houlton development and couldn't be happier with our experience. The process was seamless, and the quality of both the service and the build has been outstanding.

From the very beginning, Bev from the sales office was incredibly helpful, guiding us through every step. Yvette was also fantastic. Both ladies were always available to answer our questions and provide support. Their customer-focused approach made the buying experience stress-free.

The craftsmanship of our home is very high, something that has been reaffirmed by external contractors we've hired for additional work. The snagging list was minimal, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and quality control. The site managers, Chris and Callum, were very supportive, and any concerns were addressed quickly.

Post-completion customer service has been impressive so far. Lindsay and Tracey have been extremely responsive. Any snags we reported were resolved quickly. It's reassuring to know that WD Homes genuinely care about their customers even after the sale.

Overall, I'd highly recommend William Davis Homes. The combination of a high-quality build, a helpful sales team, and excellent aftercare has made this a fantastic experience!

Great service from both the customer service team and the workmen sent to complete any minor issues raised once in our lovely new house!

After being a little disheartened by another developer we decided to nip into the showroom at William Davis to see what they were like. Long story short, I felt so much better after visiting and it was all thanks to Amanda. She was real, honest, helpful and most importantly, kind. She made us feel excited again! Amanda gave us lots of information on the developer, the plots, the area and an address to enable us to see one of their other showrooms. The Dove is the showroom we saw and it really was gorgeous. Its people like Amanda that make you want to go back and give them your money. Thank you, Amanda, you turned our day around.

We walked into the new Castle Donington build and we're greeted by Amanda, she was absolutely fantastic explaining all the processes and extra information. We were feeling very out of our depths when buying our first house and Amanda was absolutely fantastic! Can't recommend her enough!

From our initial contact through to completion and beyond Bev the William Davis Sales Advisor at Houlton, Rugby gave us exceptional service and friendly guidance. Bev was extremely knowledgeable and reactive to our many questions through the process and liaised with the site management team on a number of occasions to provide us with answers to our queries. Every time we met up with Bev on our visits to the show office Bev was always very friendly and super helpful.

We purchased our forever home at Hastings Green Kirby muxloe. June Hall sold the house to us and she was AMAZING. From the minute we made enquires to the day we got our keys and beyond.
She does what she says she is going to do, and even now after she has moved onto other developments, June is still available to contact with any queries and just have a catch up when she’s not run off her feet.
Thanks to June we have our dream home.
The house is beautiful and the location is stunning.
We have had the usual teething problems and even a big water leak. The customer service team , Vicki and Sometimes Tracey have been on it like a car bonnet. Everything sorted in appropriate times. They are extremely professional and always get everything resolved to our satisfaction. Or are still working to resolve for us.
The workmen and ground men who have dealt with these issues are all again professional, polite and definitely go above and beyond.
They take great pride in their work. We did have one let us down several times , but this was rectified by their colleagues who stepped in and nothing was then too much trouble, which more than made up for that one persons incompetence.
All of those that we have had contact with are a credit to William Davis.
We would recommend this company to purchase your home from without a doubt.

Tracey at William Davis MH is amazing she made the whole experience very pleasant and provided us with prompt service and knowledge throughout the whole process she is also very caring and always greets you with a warm smile. We also met Sue towards the end of our process and Sue was equally as welcoming and caring.
William Davis homes are built to an excellent standard and the preparation and handover care is also excellent. Couldn’t recommend enough, especially after speaking to others with other house developers they have had very poor experiences.

In recent years I've not come across a company as customer focused as William Davis.

The sales experience from Nicky was a pleasure, she made the whole process incredibly easy and she took all of the stress out of it with clear communication and kept us updated every step of the way.
The positive communication hasn't stopped, with fresh flowers and champagne delivered when we moved in.

We had an unfortunate DIY accident with some plumbing between Christmas and New Year and within 24 hours Tracey had been in touch to check that we were ok and how William Davis could help, this included Ricky being called out on a weekend and working meticulously to fix and make good the issue. We honestly didn't expect this kind of response, it was hugely appreciated - and the workmanship from Ricky is exceptional.

We're both blown away by the customer service we've received from the team at William Davis and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built new home.

Nothing but positive things to say about William Davis Homes. Right from the first visit to Buttercup Fields, Nicky was welcoming, helpful and supportive throughout the process through to completion. Due to my situation I needed to move in as soon as possible and everyone worked really hard to make it happen and I’m over the moon with the time frame everything happened in. Having found our perfect plot on the building plans nearly two years ago we've had many months to keep popping in and bugging Nicky in the sales office until our house, last one on the build plan, was finally released for us to buy. We've watched it grow from foundations to completion and it's been so exciting. We've had a brilliant experience and any snagging has been sorted straight away by Tom the great site manager.
We're so happy with our lovely new house and are looking forward to our first Christmas in it.
