I ordered a custom made kick plate, made in USA. Product is fantastic, and the price was great. WindowDoorParts responded quickly to let me know when to expect the item. I would order from them again.

After 17 business days of not receiving order I began to wonder what was going on. At that point I had not received any confirmation emails, no shipping info. I emailed the company and had a shipping update the next day, item arrived shortly after.
Why the complete negative? Not once did I get a call, email, apology for the mix up. I understand things happen but my goodness, own it and send a “my bad!”

Ordered door handle set and it was back ordered, no one let me know this until I called two weeks later wondering where my order was. They then told me it should ship that day. It arrives and is not what I ordered, a different style, so I call there number and get a message saying “ I can’t speak to someone, please E-mail us”. So I do, it’s been 3days with no response. Not good customer service.

Received my order very timely. I had made a guess on what I needed, wrong guess, return was no problem except credit was for 5 latches and I returned 6...guess the one that was open was the reason. They had me send an old broken one and they had the new order on the way right away. Pleasant experience.

Way too long on delivery. It took about two weeks to receive the parts.

Well done. With so, so many window parts available this site is very good at providing specific details. Without that it would be near impossible to order the correct replacement parts.

I am very pleased with the replacement window parts that I purchased. They were just what I needed.

The parts I needed were not to be found elsewhere. I had gone to a local window repair shop and they did not have them, but looked them up online and found the Window Door Parts website and referred me to it. The price was great along with very prompt shipping.

Great. Hard to find mobile home parts. Lowe’s did not carry item and neither did the local mobile home store. You have to be a contractor to purchase supplies at Beavan’s. Shipping time was good and perfect fit Thanks for providing individual orders.

Great Customer service and speedy reply for my concerns. I had to change order and the help was fantastic! Highly recommended.

The main reason I give them a poor rating is because I had to spend over $15.00 just to get an order delivered! The part(s) I wanted cost $3.25, but it coast me 5 times that amount!!! Sure I bought it for a home owner, but that is a really stupid way to get sales!!!!!
