had to call twice regarding order. was told order on the way. waited a week and had to call again. I did receive the right parts which were right.

I ordered a doorknob. I was immediately notified via email that my order had been processed. However, time went by and I did not receive any other information. I tried checking the status on line but there was no update either. I finally called and was told the item was on back order and it would be another week before it’s shipped. That time came and I did finally receive notice informing me that the product was on its way via UPS. I was then able to track my order. I think I should have been notified that there was a delay rather than me having to contact the company.

Found parts for 56 year old sliding door whose mug went out of business! Amazing vendor. Earns 5 stars easily.

in regards to your response. I have the right company. There were two parts to each order, so only two orders but four parts, we got one part, so simple math says I needed 3 more parts which equal 1/4th fill rate.

I bought a new door handle set for a sliding glass door. I only needed the interior half, because mine was broken. However, I had to order a complete set, because that was all that was offered. When the set arrived, the exterior half was broken and unusable. While this didn't keep me from fixing my door, it was disappointing that I wasn't able to install a completely new hardware set on my door.

After ordering the wrong door handie. they did everything they could to help me get exactly what i needed.

Product was as stated, however, no instruction sheet was included amid the many extra hardware parts.

They did what they said they could do. Very simple, nothing more to say.

I needed a lock and door handle for my 13 year old patio slider. I easily found the replacement parts and the pictures and specs on their website helped ensure I had the right parts. Communication and shipping was very good. I would recommend.

I am somewhat happy with the experience i had with finding and ordering the replacement part i needed.
I did not like the fact that i had to buy more than i needed for the order to come to a certain dollar value for the order to complete.
Also i don't recall getting a confirmation email and tracking number to keep tract of the progress of my order.

I buy many parts from replacements and they have it down.

Very disappointed. It took 6 weeks to get the part I ordered. It came inadequately packaged so it was bent, and had scratches on it. The 4 “ brass door kick plate had a magnet covering the back to stick to my metal door. It did not. I attempted to call customer service, and a recording directed me to a website. I do not want to deal with this company any further. I’m attaching the plate to a hidden back door with screws. I don’t recommended this company, or it’s products.

Didn't think I could find these 30+ old sliding door rollers but YOU had them.
