IT toke way to long to get the part. had i known the time line i never would have ordered

you had the part i needed at a lower cost than I could get it from house manufacturer. ordered it and received it quickly. would recommend this company to anybody

Order came as ordered and well packaged. My only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 was it took about 40 days to receive

Placed an order 4 weeks ago. They shorted me window parts. Contacted customer service. They said they would send me the missing parts - they then sent me the wrong parts. Contacted customer service again. They said they would send me the correct parts Asap. I contacted them 8 days later. They said their inventory was incorrect and the parts are out of stock. Still no parts.

Part was exact and delivery time was also exceptional.

This was the ONLY site to have the parts I needed. I called to check out shipping rates and dates as my situation was a bit urgent. I was told that everything I needed would be shipped that p.m. and arrive in 2 days. And it was. The product needed a small fine tuning since my really old sliding door had used a slightly different mounting technique.

I ordered online on 9/21 did not receive an order confirmation until 9/26. As of 10/6 I still have not received my order.
As it turns out the post office did have the package on 10/1 and did not leave me notice.
The product was exactly what I ordered.

Exceptional! Price was right, shipping was fast, and the parts were perfect. I was impressed that all three operation handles were lubricated! Would order again if needed window door parts.

What should have taken 5 minutes to replace my screen door latch took a hour. I had to file it down in two places for it to fit the bracket. I had to cut the corner of it for handle bolt to pass through it.

Parts i ordered were a perfect fit and received in a timely manner.

The patio door handles arrived on time; and fit as per the measurements. The material is wood and metal. I am concerned about the black metal handle on the outside scratching (already had when I dropped it) and not holding up in the weather. But I am keeping the handles and hoping they will look nice for a long time.
