I needed a smaller size kick plate than what I could find at the home centers and local hardware stores. WindowDoorParts makes them to order in custom sizes. The quality of the brass kick plate is outstanding and the price was better than the lower quality ones available at the home centers.
I highly recommend this company.

lacking customer service
They have most windows parts at a reasonable price,
but good luck on getting some customer service.
They are not going to notify you when you order ships,
and if you email them to ask some advice on what to do because your windows would not work the way they are supposed to do they tell you that they are not installed properly an they attach a drawing on how to install them. And then no more response to the following emails asking for advice.

First, you receive an email with tracking information automatically generated by the computer. Second, we had difficulty speaking with you because you did not understand and could not communicate properly. We told you to take them out and follow the instructions for installation because you DID have them installed improperly. We are here to offer advice but perhaps you should hire a professional to install your parts because you are not listening to us.
