RICS valuation for shared ownership
Recently had a valuation done for the purpose of staircasing with my shared ownership property. Tom was really efficient, friendly and provided a quick turnaround to produce the report on short notice. Would highly recommend Winfields. 10/10

I thoroughly recommend this business. Swift, professional, helpful- just brilliant. The first valuation was done quickly and efficiently. We then got to the stage where we needed to extend our valuation very quickly otherwise our sale would collapse in a matter of days. I contacted Gill and even though other members of staff (who usually dealt with my particular request) weren't available for a few days, he personally actioned an extension letter and all in under 24 hours. This was not just helpful but key in ensuring our sale could go through. Gill went above and beyond and we really appreciated it - especially as it's still an incredibly bust time.

Absolutely Awesome
I contacted Winfields from a number I found on google out of desperation as my estate agents who promised they could arrange a RICS survey suddenly changed tune and said they couldn't, nor could they point me in the right direction of which surveyor could help. Tom identified that I was a bit distraught and said he would handle things for me, no problems. 2 days later my report is ready and in my hands. Absolutely fantastic, good service, fast and friendly. I don't think there is anything they could have done better - hence its worthy of 5 stars.

Great, fast, friendly service
I had emailed several businesses for valuations and had slow or no response. From the point I filled out Winfields enquiry form on their website to receiving my valuation report was quick and seemless. Really good fast service.
The valuation itself was great and Thomas was really friendly and helpful.
