We couldn’t of wished for a better surveyor!
My experience with Winfield’s was actually one of the best Customer Service experiences I’ve ever had. Tom was so helpful, we really needed a RICS survey done on our home and a super quick turnaround due to the urgency for the sale of our house. Although they were backed up for nearly 5 weeks, Tom managed to squeeze us in last minute and we even received our survey the same day. We honestly couldn’t of asked for more, Tom was so knowledgeable and gave us some really great advice. I would recommend Winfield’s 100 times over. Thanks for everything!

Thomas at Winfields Surveyors prepared…
Thomas at Winfields Surveyors prepared a valuation report for me in March 2021. The booking was made very quickly, the inspection was carried out efficiently and the report followed by email a couple of days later.
He knows his stuff, so I didn't have to explain the ins-and-outs of the situation and the whole process was very easy.
He's a nice guy too! Which definitely helps.

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service , Thomas was very friendly and efficient. He got me the documents I needed in less than an hour . Brilliant! I tried other surveyors around the Exeter area however none of them answered the phone to me ?! Thomas answered the phone straight away .

I needed a Valuation completing for help to buy, and having phoned a few other businesses in my local area who came across as unhelpful and slightly obstructive, Thomas was approachable easy to talk to and efficient. He produced the required documents in a timely manner and was also competitive in price.
