My go to bike shop
Products well packaged.
Slight issue with delivery time but that was only due to switching couriers so a few teething problems along the way but I was fully reassured by Winstanleys customer service department.
I'm a happy customer and have order 3 times from these guys and will continue to do so.

Bought a crankset from the shop and…
Bought a crankset from the shop and after I made the purchase, they promptly emailed me to say that they didn't have one in store and they would get on to their supplier... I was a little worried that this would take ages... But no it was sorted the very next day and I got my crank in a couple of days, the delivery was so quick that they didn't even need to tell me about the problem, so thank you for their honesty and I will buy from them again.

I recently sent out for a particular order which was advertised online only to find that it was not in stock. A week later they mentioned that this item was unavailable. I have asked for a refund to no avail. I have found this item elsewhere. Why advertise something that is not I stock although very happy to have taken money. Shambles. I shan't be using them again.

With items at our suppliers warehouse, we do have to order these in for you, items showing as in stock dispatched in 1 working day are shipped straight out.
I can see you emailed us at 3pm yesterday and a refund was processed at 08:18am this morning. We aim to reply to all emails within 24 hours.
