From looking at your account I can see that the order was placed on the 18th June and the product shipped the same day to you.
The couriers have made 3 delivery attempts but no one has been in to accept the parcel.
Unfortunately after 3 failed attempts the couriers do return items back to us.
At this point, we can either resend out if you have a suitable address where someone will be present to sign for the item or we can issue you with a full refund.

Avoid!! Poor service riddled with lies.
Ordered a bike that was listed as "in stock" to be told that it would not be delivered for nearly 2 months. Reached near the 2 month point to be told it would be at least another 6 weeks. Asked for a refund if they couldn't deliver sooner to which they then advised that they couldn't deliver to our location anyway. Despite their website saying they do. Very very poor service. Avoid at all costs.

Please accept our apologies for the confusion.
We are unable to ship to Jersey and Guernsey at the moment. We have removed the option for Channel Islands from our website, as you selected United Kingdom as the delivery address, it did let the order go through.
We are currently working on getting a courier to do our overseas deliveries for us.
With regards to the due date issue, I can see that it was showing as the bike was in stock with our suppliers to be shipped within 5-6 days. Something has obviously gone wrong here with the availability which I will have looked into by our web team to avoid this happening again in future.
