Digiarty are the only company that respects the fact that the public in general own dvd players with usb slots and require their mpgs to be written in a standard that allows them to be played in any old or new dvd player usb slot.

My old laptop was failing, so I purchased a refurbished one, and I wanted to keep winxDVD. However I could not find my product key. Contacted winxDVD customer services, who not only gave me the correct key, they also provided detailed information with speedy replies.

In a gross violation of consumer rights, winXDVD recently deducted a substantial fee from my account under the guise of an auto-renewal, despite the fact that I have never utilized their services nor subscribed to any of their offerings nor received any notice of it!!! This incident serves as a clear demonstration of their complete disregard for ethical business practices.

I cannot emphasize enough how appalled I am by this company's actions. Engaging in such deceitful behavior not only betrays the trust of any customer but also reflects a complete lack of integrity on their part. To add insult to injury, their claim of an autorenewal being activated without my consent is an outright lie, further deepening the gravity of their fraudulent act.

I want to send a strong message to WinXDVD Your trap subscription model will not work, and it will inevitably lead to grave consequences for your reputation and financial standing. Such unethical practices will only result in a loss of trust from current and prospective customers alike.

I have not used their services, downloaded any content, nor benefited in any way from their platform. It is outrageous that they have the audacity to deduct funds from my account without providing any valid explanation or service in return. This is nothing short of a blatant and audacious scam.

I urge anyone considering doing business with winXDVD to proceed with extreme caution. Do not be fooled by their promises, as they are clearly more interested in exploiting their customers' trust than in delivering any real value. I'm a newbie to ripping. Ricky of WinXDVD walked me patiently through the steps of ripping some training DVD's to MP4 format, saving me a lot of the time it would have taken me to read a manual. His advice was expert, fast, succinct and helpful. He could have done no more than to point me at the manual, which is what another ripping software provider did, but stuck with me through a number of questions.

I had to do a complete computer reset and of course lost certain applications but I wasn't worried because everything was backed up to an external hard drive. When I reloaded my apps. by Digiarty (WinX) the license (which was several years old) wasn't accepted, so I got in touch with their Customer Service. Next day they sent me a new license in place of the old one. These guys stand by their word!

Purchased the product last year. Was good for what I needed it for. Didn't realize it was on auto-renewal, and didn't see the email they said they sent out 1 week prior. As soon as they charged my card, I contacted them, explained the problem, and asked for a refund (and I have turned off auto-renewal). After several emails, I did get the full refund. Just note that the product is on auto-renewal, so be sure to take it off auto-renewal if you won't need it in the future.

After not using WinX MediaTrans for a long time, I couldn't install it anymore because the license number was 'invalid'. This is because I had not deactivated the license after reinstalling the PC. Since it is a lifetime license, I contacted support in the evening and the next morning I received a message that the licenses were reactivated. What a fast and excellent service! In addition, WinX MediaTrans works great and is a good alternative for many functions that don't work well in iTunes. Highly recommended!

I've been using WinX DVD Ripper Platinum since 2016, and I've been able to rip hundreds of my old DVDs to my hard drive without any issues. It's easy to use, and I very highly recommend it.

The support member (Ricky) was excellent I have my software working as required, great support.

Great products and excellent support. Bought the package from the Digiarty website and have been more than happy with its performance ever since. A minor glitch with a new computer was very quickly rectified by customer support. I would heartily recommend this companies software.

Used WINX with Nero. After copying to iso files in Windows 11 with WINX, was able to burn a dual layer DVD on an 8.5 blank disc in 36 minutes……..perfectly……..using only a couple of clicks…….after selecting slowest burn speed on Nero.

Not only does this product deserve 5 stars but their customer service does. I foolishly purchased this product off eBay and of course, six years later, the seller I got it from doesn’t exist (one more life lesson to add to the list). My license key is no longer good because they were selling it illegally. When I contacted customer service about my license key they were so helpful and friendly. They helped me get a legit lifetime license and have worked with me, and I am SO impressed. This product is great and works beautifully, it’s worth the money. And kudos to their customer service!

I had a problem with my licence key for WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe after a new installation of Windows 10 on my laptop. No problem, the support@winxdvd helped me just within one day! Thank you very much, Ricky!
