I want to tell you about Wirecard

I want to tell you about Wirecard. They gave my bank details to people who scam others.
I was foolish. I believed in Wirecard Bank AG because I thought they were a bank that would keep me safe. I was wrong about Wirecard.
Some person pretended to be a company and Wirecard gave them my sort code and account number and everything they needed. Then the scamming started with Wirecard.
First the bad people told the company that I was away for a time. Then they said there was a problem with the bank. Each of their excuses gave them time. While I thought my payments were just late they were taking all my money from my account with Wirecard.
I lost twenty two thousand three hundred dollars. That was the money for my business account with Wirecard. It was the money for my employees wages and their rent money.
When I finally talked to Wirecard they said it was not their fault. They did not. Say sorry. They just did not say anything. I felt very sick. I could not sleep. My staff kept asking when they would get paid. I did not know what to say to them about Wirecard.
After weeks of asking Wirecard for help I found Poma Advisory. I sent them my bank statements and the emails from the people and the emails from Wirecard where they said they would not help. Poma Advisory worked quietly for months. They did not make promises. They just kept working on my case with Wirecard.
I lost twenty two thousand three hundred dollars with Wirecard.
I got back twenty two thousand three hundred dollars with the help of Poma Advisory.
Getting my money back did not make me feel better about the nights I did not sleep.. The way I still feel scared when I check my bank balance and think about Wirecard.
Wirecard sells the information of their customers to people. You should stay away from Wirecard.
If Wirecard has hurt you too you should talk to Poma Advisory. They helped me when no one else would help me with my problem, with Wirecard.

The worst ever bank

The worst ever bank! Card being decline in most of the stores, being blocked too often and not secure at all! Got 10k stolen because of some scam emails that i received every other day, money were transferred to Indonesia (I’m Ukrainian working on the ship in US). Was trying many times to get my money back and was refused multiple times. This not existing “bank” should not be used in any company.

Wire card is a scam

I received this card from WOW internet for the balance of service when we moved from Florida to Ohio. I've haven't been able to use it and it doesn't let me register it. Not sure what North Lane has to do with it, but I smell a scam. Maybe the Better Business Bureau is the way to go for everyone. Exp. date of 8/23 is creeping up. This certainly is a scammy way for a company to keep my money. The card has WOW! in big letters. wow, give me a check that won't bounce.

I have tried to use this card several…

I have tried to use this card several times. It has a 09/23 expiration date, so I thought it was my fault that I wasn't doing it right. So I used another card, went to the bank and tried again it wouldn't work again. I called and got a run around that it only had a 3 month date on it not the longer expiration that it was on the card. She told me that they started taking interest off the card every month. So now my $45 card is out of money?? Are you kidding ME?? Every time I try to find out about this card I get the a run around. If It only had a 3 month date why put 2 years on the expiration date??

Really Disappointed!

I initially was a fan and acted as an ambassador to others about the wirecard and the customer service I received. I since have been extremely disappointed and forced to take DEEP BREATHS in order to go forward with the card and the customer service affiliated with it. RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND IM CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ASK HOW I HAVE 3 CHARGES OF 25 CENT APIECE FOR MY ATTEMPT TO PURCHASE A 99 CENT PACK OF COINS FOR MY GOLF GAME. 75 CENT I WAS PENALIZED BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS BUT AFTER ALREADY HAVING 75 CENT SUBTRACTED I HAVE 55 CENT REMAINING, 1.30 USING ANY FLIPPING METHOD OF MATHEMATICS THAT EXIST. Why did I got that email I wasn’t using my card since I got home to Jamaica so why did you send me this email is like this card is a joke . I received an email from u account on the 5th of November that their agreement with Wirecard the agency bank that my account is with has come to an end on 16th November, which was a shock to me. And that any funds left in your account when it is closed will be transferred to a holding bank account and you will have to claim this balance back from Wirecard.

Since morning I’ve been trying to get through to Wirecard, so that I can get my money. They don’t have a contact number that’s existing, the number that comes up on google is not useful as it rings and no one answers it. What kind of bank is this? In 2020 you don’t have a contact number... I want my money, I have three dependent kids. The money your holding is my income support for this week.

I received a Debit card from my previous employer and decide to use it for a big purchase. I recently decided to do just that and realized my debit card expired. I called the CS number and to my surprise I no longer had access to this account. I couldn’t get a new card. I was so confused. So what happens to my money? I chose Wirecard through my employer
They were good for 4 months and I had been
Warned about the Wirecard company,
nevertheless on my last paycheck deposit
Someone withdrew the monies from my account I saw the money through the mobile app but later when I tried to draw the money from the ATM someone had drawn my account down to 2.37 initially there a deposit of 775.00 earlier that morning thought I had lost my card but later discovered the card in it’s safe place. Someone one at Wirecard is stealing or selling information to thieves.
I spoke with customer service they are suppost to send me another card as they investigate the inside theft.
That was my rent money.
I feel misused about this
I wish they would made to pay
Haven’t seen a new card and the reviews I read are really scary. I wish them luck but don’t they will last.
