Card expired early...
I received a $300 promotional card from Dish when I signed up with them, managed by wirecard. Expiration was the 6th month from when I signed up (Feb. of this year). On the last day of February, I realized that I had funds left on the card and tried to use them. I was able to make one transaction, but a few minutes later, when trying to use the remaining funds ($168), the transaction was declined. I first sent emails to social-media(at)wirecard.com and to help.na(at)wirecard.com (with my name, email and phone number registered on the account). I received one automated email that stated I would receive a response within 72 hours (its the 6th day -- no response yet). I also called the help number (800-522-7458) and talked to a representative. I was told my case would be reviewed and that I should call back. I called back the next day and was told that the 'program manager at Dish' said there was nothing they could do after the card had expired. I was given the number for Dish (800-333-3474) and was told to call them. I called Dish and was told there's nothing they can do -- wirecard manages the promotional cards and there was nothing they could do. I tried to explain (to both wirecard and Dish) that I was using the card still within the month it was valid for, but it didn't make any difference.
I can still log on to my account at login.wirecard.com and see my balance, but I can't use it. Very frustrating.
Update 3/26/2020 -- I received a voice message from wirecard on 3/18 -- I returned the call -- they again stated that based on the terms and conditions, the card has expired and there is nothing they can do. I reminded them that I sent an email on 2/29 (before the card expired). They stated that the email wasn't processed until 3/5, which was after the card expired, so there was nothing they could do.

FRUSTRATED..No real help or solution from them
At this moment I am travelling in south america, first problem i had with wire card was that i could not withdraw money from any ATM and every attempt was charged $0,50. I send email to Wire card help centre, took 3-4 days to get answer that didn't help at all. They told me to try to get money from the bank directly, not offering solution or reason why i can't withdraw money. I used the card in supermarket successfully and wanted to check my account history on website..but it got blocked. I email them again, took forever to get answer that my account is blocked because potential or happened fraud. Again giving me number that I can't call because I m travelling.
Totally frustrated with them as a company, as a costumer service help.
I am in bad situation without money, with blocked card and not knowing am I been part of some fraud or not..
This last for a while, and o send email back to them again that didn't got any reply yet.
They just send phone number..of i could call i wouldn't be sending email.
Horrible experience. Hopefully it gets solved soon and I can write follow up review.

This company is an absolute ripoff. I received a refund card from Verizon that was for a 131 dollars. I used 110.45 cents but now the card says the balance is zero. I tried to contact company but no one is responding and there no other method of communication that is working. I lost 20.55 cents due to their incompetence. Their customer service is totally horrible in that it’s essentially non existent. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Renewed expired debit rebate card with shocking ease!
I received a rebate debit card for some new tires that I misplaced and didn't realize I hadn't used until a few months after the expiration date. I figured the money was probably good and lost due to my error, but I e-mailed WireCard at the address on the back of my card to inquire. Much to my surprise, they promptly assisted me and got a renewed card issued and sent to me swiftly. Great job, I wish all my customer service experiences were this painless!

i tried to do a wire transfer and my card was locked due to fraud, IT WAS NOT FRAUD. It is going on 4 days now and still cannot get to my money. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! ALL I KEEP GETTING TOLD IS TO WAIT 24-48 HOURS. PLEASE UNLOCK MY CARD!
Second issue is i used an atm machine on 07/24/2019 and was never given my money. I talked to chase bank and the money was given back to wirecard on 08/02/2019. I still do not have my $600. PLEASE HELP WITH BOTH OF THESE SITUATIONS.

I am unable to login to my account. After having entered the right credentials, I see a blank page. I tried to login couple of times using different browsers, clearing history and cache, ensuring pop up blocker is set right, not to mention using three different laptops. Finally, I called up the customer service and the person who answered did not know what to do with the issue. Without further investigation and troubleshooting, he told me to wait for 48 hours. He said he needs to escalate the matter to higher authorities. I told him to provide a case number and he refused. On my request, he transferred the call to the manager who parroted the same information to me. They both asked me to call back and check on the status. I have financial obligations and I am on a deadline. My account is not accessible to me and they have no solution! Can't believe the service. I am having second thoughts to ask my employer to switch it to my US bank account. This is nothing but ridiculous!! I suspect the company is engaging in fraudulent techniques to delay the flow of funds to and from the account!!! Lost trust and loyalty!!!!!

It is a reliable provider…
It is a reliable payment provider that covers many areas of the business, especially if you are just getting started. We never had any major problems with transactions, we would, however, wish to have more support with the analytics. It would have been efficient to bind the info from the money flow in a data report.

Very slow responding
At the beginning it was OK, and we thought we had found the perfect provider for the business. Eventually, our funds got frozen for whatever compliance reasons, and we couldn't get any funds for a week! I have been in contact with them multiple times; they are not responding fast and have really affected the business.

Poor technology and non-existent customer support
My partner has received her income for a contract she did via a Wirecard (quite a large company that seems to do this as standard). For a number of weeks, the login to the card has not been working (for no apparent reason, as it has worked previously). We've had an ongoing email thread with them as they push us from department to department with no help - waiting many days in between responses from Wirecard. The latest email requested that we try logging in on a different web browser... needless to say we have already tried this and it makes no difference.
Update 20/06/2019: Today we finally got the money out of the account. It's taken almost 3 months, 2 months since I posted a negative review on here and we seemed to become a 'priority'. We have had multiple unhelpful suggestions over email before a technical guy called and we managed to log in, but apparently money couldn't be transferred 'out of hours'. It then took another 2/3 weeks to get someone another technical guy on the phone who said we could only send to accounts already attached to the account. It seems to me that the technology is nowhere near the level it needs to be at and so the Wirecard staff are struggling to service it. Would strongly recommend against using if at all possible.
How can a bank prevent access to your funds for over a month without showing any sense of urgency?

I love technology
I love technology! I'm young (relatively) and recently had to help my Dad with a card he received. He is soooo old (like in his 60's....) and can barley even login to his computer. He was beyond frustrated and I thought OMG, I can help. Well, maybe the overall experience needs a facelift and some upgrades, but I helped my Dad see that technology is actually cool and can work when you have the patience. Amazing. He told me that in his days, SEARS would actually mail him cash back! Wow! So weird - cash in the mail....Me, I hope the world keeps moving to digital platforms for everything. I pay bills direct from my phones and my Dad is blown away..
Enough of my Sat am rant...need to go for a run with poodles.

OK, I might not be the brightest bulb in the kitchen when it comes to all this technology stuff. I received a refund card on a recent purchase. I tried to log in to the website and get my money. Couldn't make it happen. I tried lots of times and was ready to shoot my computer with my .38. Instead, I called the customer hotline. Someone spoke with me and walked me through how to do it. Seemed to all work fine. Yes, they seem to take a might fee, but it did work and I was happy.

Overall good cooperation with Wirecard. The communication was straightforward and it was easy to implement small changes in the process: direct contacts and responsible project managers. There were minor payment issues at the beginning, but everything got resolved fast. I would recommend their services.

1 star because I don't have 0 star option. This service is awful. I have my money on the account and suddenly I am not able to access my account. I contact them providing all the requested information ( from where I am connecting, browser, the fact that I cleared cache and cookies etc.) and the fact that I am not receiving any error message. I am just directed to another login page.I am calling them since last years and they got no resolution or a logical explanation why this is happening. all the time they ask me to call back in 24 hours but all they do after the "escalation" it is to ask me to check my internet connection, or the browser etc. This crap never ends. The worse part is that I have a lot of money there.
