Terrible experience would not recommend this insurance company to anyone and especially not young drivers. Constant emails for black box we hadn't received to be fitted. Once received it was faulty and kept setting the car alarm off which when reported to Wise they fobbed us off and told us to get diognostics done on the car at our own expence.They wouldn't look into the box from their end till we complained and took so long to investigate it got close to our cancellation period so we gave up and went elsewhere never again. Only productive thing was to waive my cancellation fee after numerous complaints oh and you cant speak to a manager as they don't take calls 🙉🙉🙉 a lot of stress and phone calls for nothing.

I’ve been with this company a year now and I’m very happy I’m able to check my progress when ever I want I’ve never had any issues and when I’ve had to contact them they have always been pleasant on the phone and are able to get any issues resolved quickly

Better than previous 'black box' insurance company. the black box is easy to install and the reprots are easy to understand. Have just renewed and am happy to stay another year with Wisedriving rather than change for slightly less cost!

Easy to sort out black box , but costly to have them to removed.
So if you change your car you can tell garage and the will do it free

For the most part, WiseDriving has been fine. My only 2 complaints, are that top up miles are very limited, and that I am 4 days away from my policy ending, and have now received a text to tell me to plug my black box back in, even thought it already was, and then an email not even 10 minutes later saying my insurance has been cancelled. The car has been parked up for the past week, has only been turned on to keep my battery charged whilst it’s not in use. I have proof of my black box being plugged in and flashing, however I can’t even contact them at this time to prove that it was plugged in before they cancelled it.

Only complaint is that it is impossible to get more then 96%

i have cancelled my insurance due to sell of my car when receiving confirmation that it has been cancelled i then get handed a cancellation fee of £355 when when i went to cancel it was a £75 cancellation fee joke
