Outstanding service. I tried other suppliers with no success before calling this one. They fixed the problem in 10 minutes and gave me good explanations as well. Good price also. I strongly recommend them.

Paid technician 70 Euros to fix the dishwasher that was not draining the water. He came and said it will be fine and gave it few rounds. After few rounds, sent the message on mobile that its not working, got no response. Then I again sent message still no response after two days. A week later called on his cellphone to request to come and check, the technician first agreed but asked for another 60Euros and then once challenged on his repair warranty said, we don't give warranty on this problem. He even asked me to go to plumber to check the drain pipe and in pure dismay, I cannot believe this is the service this company is offering. Long story short, lost my time and money on this and still the dishwasher is not doing its job. Waste of time and money !

The guy comes to fix the dishwasher. Spent 15 mins and said it will be fine after few cycles of dishwasher running and took 70€. When called twice and texted it’s not working after 3 days and that you give guarantee it will work fine, says problem is with pipe of dishwasher drainage. Now wants another 60€+ to visit and says warranty is only for a part that they install and that’s when I have already paid 70€ for his first visit of 15 minutes ! Unfortunately, I am done with their service and never gonna use this again. Scammers running the show door to door !

I had a problem with my dishwasher machine and I contacted the dish washer master Emin for help. He was very professional and friendly, and he came to my place on the same day. He diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed it in no time. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain my dishwasher machine and prevent future problems. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend the dish washer master to anyone who needs a reliable and efficient repair service for their dishwasher machine.

Emin has been super helpful. He communicated the time and price very transparently. He’s friendly and humorous, very considerate with the customer. Very responsive and we got an appointment shortly after filling in the form on their website. Highly recommend.

Excellent service, fast and reliable. Our washer/dryer combination unit was not working, and they very quickly identified and repaired the problem.

Our children had broken the dishwasher by accident and we have to call to get this fixed. Emin was super helpful in checking the device. And when we concluded it is beyond repair he then helped us with checking if the new machine is good fit with dimensions and features and ensuring everything is properly fixed. I hope we do not need his service soon but would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs help with the dishwasher.

The person I talked to was insanely rude and threatened me.

As a company, they should have proper etiquette.

I can’t think of a better customer experience like I had with Emin. Always very transparent, honest and far from trying to push new or additional parts to be fixed.
He did not spare any effort to provide us support in fixing our washing ma fine m(even remotely).
I strongly recommend his service, best in class…
