We are an independent car body repairer…

We are an independent car body repairer and did work for this company in November 2025. We are still waiting for payment and are receiving no response to emails or telephone calls. Now having to take court action to recover the debt. Do not use this company or work for them. If we could give minus 10 rating we would.

Deliberately harrasing employees

I have completed half of my notice period but am unable to serve the remaining duration. I have communicated my willingness to settle all dues and pay the recovery amount as required. Despite this, WNS has denied my request for early release and is effectively holding me hostage by refusing to process my resignation.

As a body repairer DO NOT REPAIR ANY CAR IF WNS ARE HANGLING THE CLAIM!!!!! Well over 3 months to get paid, constantly lie (when u can actually speak to someone) I was told to make the invoice out to ‘Lilliput LTD’ from what I can gather it’s a front holding company where the insurers pay the money and it sits there as long as they can make it sit there gathering interest then pay out EVENTUALLY to those who shout loudest, also involved and receive 1star NORTHERN ASSESSORS ,DONT DEAL WITH THEM!!! and ACORN insurance, all thick as thieves.

My car repair process was mishandled

My car repair process was mishandled, and it's been months of waiting for a resolution. The representative I've been dealing with, provided contradictory information and seemed more interested in stalling than assisting. The lack of transparency and accountability in their service is disheartening. I've not only faced financial losses but also immense stress due to their ineffective handling. I'm left with no choice but to involve an ombudsman. It's a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend WNS Assistance for anyone seeking efficient and responsible assistance.

This company is an absolute disgrace…

This company is an absolute disgrace and should not still be in business. Unfortunately I drive a company vehicle so it is a corporate account so I had no choice but to use WNSA. Never again though. They are totally disorganized and the staff are absolutely clueless. Most of the time you cannot even get through to anyone as they don't seem to answer their phones and if they do, they are just totally unpleasant to deal with. Please be advised this is not a good company and your experiences using them will be miserable. Rather spent more money and go with a professional outfit and save yourself the anger and frustration.

Totally nightmare & waist of time they’re not professional lack of Customer service.
Promises are fake you have to chase the everyday. They don’t get back even when they promise.
I will mention all the agents names on second review so people can avoid them.
2 months waiting for them to approve the repairs or to be compensated?
I advise everyone if WNS works on behalf any insurance company don’t take the policy you will regret it .
My van still not repaired or compensated because of the brilliant agent there .

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Good evening I’m only giving two stars because the driver was good but the owner needs people skills. He is rude, if you can call someone else please do or you will possibly want to open a can of whipa** on him. Just fyi call at your own risk!!!

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Been waiting 5 weeks for an invoice to be paid. The only way to get an update is to speak to the accounts team but they have never answered a single call. The line even rings beyond 5 when they've home. The entire claim has taken 4 months and the garage only took 2 weeks to fix the car. The delays have been entirely down to WNS. Nobody knows what they are doing and nobody ever calls me back or updates me. It's shocking! I'm currently without a car after WNS advised the insurer that the invoice was paid so the hire car was returned only to find out the claim still hasn't been paid and I now have no car. You couldn't make up how bad the customer journey is. It's disgusting.

I am absolutely disgusted with their performance or lack of it. I have been dealing with insurance companies for over 20 years and they are by far the worst ever come across. No access by telephone or email - everything comes back and the phones just ring, leave you hanging on then just cut off!! Happy for us to cover the expense of the repairs and keep their customers happy and that is where the communication ends - one star is too many. I can't leave a review without ticking one! We are a small business trying to survive and this happens. Appalling...should be ashamed WNSA or Parkstone Vehicle Repairs Ltd

Vehicle repairer here

Vehicle repairer here, works completed over a month ago and now struggling to talk to accounts to chase payment. They state on their own Authority letters that payment is 14 days from receipt of invoice yet it never is. 3rd and last job I will do for anyone that has these as their insurer as I had to start legal proceedings last time to get paid. A 5 month long nightmare that still isn’t over

Myself and my partner have been put in a horrific position by our car insurer and their repairs company.
She was in an accident over 5 months ago and out vehicle has not been fixed to a safe or roadworthy standard and was handed to a collection company without our consent and forced back upon is, the companies are refusing to take ownership of the issues and the related stress has caused is serious mental and physical health issues as well as loss of income and financial hardship.
This has been ongoing for so long and we’re at the point where we haven’t been able to live like human beings anymore, as we can no longer afford food as well as fuel in the courtesy car they put us in and my partner requires a car for work as a healthcare assistant for the NHS.
The repair company and the repair garage have completely cut off contact with us and are refusing to acknowledge the issues put forward.
There are multiple other disgruntled and upset customers in similar situations who have been considering large scale action against the company, but the effect on us has been so profound and due to our existing mental health problems regarding depression and anxiety we have both become suicidal due to the ongoing difficulties we have had to face with this, and in my partner’s case the trauma she suffered as a result of the accident.
We really need somewhere we can turn to now as we’re starting to lose any hope and if my partner does not have a safe, roadworthy car for her work she faces losing her job and career she has been building for 6 years and we face potential destitution and the loss of our home.

Do Not Deal With This Company

Do Not Deal With This Company! We are a repairer and our invoice has not been paid despite numerous call and emails. We have now been left with not choice but to demand payment from the vehicle owner through the courts. If you a repairer be warned, you WILL NOT GET PAID. If you are a vehicle owner, be warned YOU WILL END UP HAVNG TO PAY THE REPAIRER YOURSELF with additional legal fees. Completely dishonest company AVOID AVOID AVOID

If i could put no stars i would, AWFUL company, We are a body shop garage, we have been waiting for payment since March 2021, tried ringing, emailing no answer WHAT A SURPRISE!
We are going to have no choice but to take legal action!!!
