IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, DELAYS, THEY HAVE HAD MY VEHICLE NOW FOR OVER 30 DAYS FOR IT TO BE "ASSESSED" WITH NO UPDATE, DESPITE MULTIPLE CALLS, EMAILS, AND EVEN A FORMAL COMPLAINT GOING IN, I AM STILL WAITING! ONGOING WITH THEM NOW FOR 7 WEEKS!

This company is dangerously incompetent. This company sent out a builder to strip out of my entry hall ceiling after an escape of water, including the nearly complete removal of the fire partition between my flat and the one above in a 1901 Victorian Tenement. They left my flat covered in dust, failed to cary out any of the requisite health and safety work in advance of the works (including statutory Asbestos testing) knowing that my insurance company had refused to move me out of the property, and failed to provide me with any effective protection from falling debris or the inhalation of dust. They broke I-don't-know-how-many HSE regulations. This company should be struck off for wilfully and recklessly putting the public at risk.

They didnt care about my mothers claim. Various case handlers left the company (9) whilst my mum's case was with them which ment no one really had the file for very long, not caring how they delt with case. They gave my mum compansation which in my opinion was worth triple the amount, didnt give good advise and tried to say the work carried out was 25% of my mums compansation, when in actual fact they did nothing. Worst experience ever.

Unsolicited calls and emails proclaiming being involved in an incident, just trying to find out info on myself... I wonder how they got my info, its either CLOSE brothers insurance website or comparethemarket....

I had a claim against one of their clients. WNSA accepted liability & sent me a letter of confirmation. Once I got the quote done I sent it off to WNSA & they withdrew their offer without even informing me! I have independent witnesses, photos & video to prove my case but they are still not doing anything about it. They are very dishonest. Do not use or trust them at all!

Been passed over to this firm via my insurance. What poor service I received from the company. I have to contact them throughout for my repair. They were not interested to update me with anything.
After quite a few phone calls, they were able to sort the issue on, however, the outcome made me out of work 5 weeks.

Unprofessional company. Terrible communication. I have never received a callback I have asked for.

HORRIBLE COMPANY DONT EVER MAKE A MISTAKE AND USE THIS COMPANY: My car went in for repairs and when it was returned it was sent back with extra damages that wasnt there when i gave it to them, i am horrified with this companies behavior, they denied everything, when i complained they sent me before and after pictures and on there clearly in the after pictures you can see more damages, when i pointed it out and told them to look at picture, the lady on phone acted stupid like she cannot see, she kept saying she cant see the differences when clearly you can see it, never use this company they are frauds, the refused to resolve the issue. the company failed to fill in vehicle condition sheet when collecting vehicle from me, instead they done it in the garage after the tow truck gave them the vehicle, even in there vehicle condition sheet which they filled at the garage, they did not mark the damage that their saying was there when they got car,there bunch of liars who are cons, dont make a mistake and send your car to this company
