Horrific service

Horrific service, we carried out a repair in February and they still haven't paid us and it appears from the other reviews that this is exactly what they do. They apologise and say they are looking into the delay but do absolutely nothing including returning emails, phone calls and most certainly they DO NOT PAY THEIR BILLS !!! Avoid at all cost or refuse to release the vehicle until the invoice is paid in full !

We have repaired a customers hail damaged car (28th Feburary 2022, its now 17th May 2022 and still no payment...
I have sent multiple emails, none of which have been replied to and I have currectly been on hold on the phone for over 15 mins (not a free number either) so getting nowhere fast.
I am a small one man business, I dont have the time to be chasing outstanding payment.
I will need to recover costs from the customer if this isn't sorted very soon, I hope that if the customer gets involved he will be treated better that this!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Edit this was fianlly resoled but the whole process was painful, so have updated my rating from 1 to 2 stars purely for the fact that it did get resolved...eventually

This company is absolutely the worst. I have telephoned every day for the last month trying to speak with someone regarding getting paid for a repair which we carried out. No-one answers the telephone or emails. If I do not get a reply I will issue court proceedings. Lesson learned, will not do work for this company again.

This place is worse than hell

This place is worse than hell, worked here wanting to get some experience out of working in a call centre and the place is such an absolute joke, where do I start... Firstly when I came into the place over what I was wearing they said "are you sure that we dont need to do a security check on you?" Not to mention the fact that the management there are appauling, they do not give a dam about any of the people that work there, they pick and choose which ones that they "like" and the other people that they dont get on with just leave them for dead and dont care nothing about them , feels like a prision, making everyone dead silent and cannot even make small talk whilst working with a colleague and long time friend sitting right next to you, they blackmailed and threatened this same long term friend of mine with firing them if they did not show up for a day at work , they also make fun of you for the way that you are and your personality, and this place has caused me to have mental health problems, because of their management, the people that work there, and the comments, threatning, descrimination and holding of money that they do, no one has any idea what they are doing because no one gets properly trained. And most of all their finance department does not pay their non network repairers, leaves their invoice for weeks and months on end before payment is made and even then most of the time the payment is wrong, this company is terrible do anything you can to avoid this place.

If I could give this company no stars I would !!’ Appalling customer service, we repaired a customers caravan in July last year on behalf of Saga insurance what a shambles 7 months on and we are still waiting on payment. They won’t answer their phone my emails have now been blocked …. Stay clear of these cowboys

Avoid doing any work for this company. Sent invoice to them in early September 2021 . Then made contact with them in December and many times after this via email and phone with no response. This is now 23rd February managed to speak with someone who tells me they haven’t received our invoice which has been sent numerous of times (at least 7 the last time I counted) Even the customer who’s car we repaired even sent over all the documents as after 4 months was disgusted this hadn’t been settled. He was informed by 1st central that all documents were received and with the right department and would be sorted! Surprise surprise it isn’t! The guy whom we spoke to also gave us his personal work email to send over all documents again we kindly asked could he just let us know he had received them but what a surprise no response! It makes me laugh that when first dealing with them there didn’t seem to be any problems until payment! Looks like I have to take the next step!

I am director of a body shop snd waiting for payment on the above invoice submitted to Wnsa in October 2021. Have resent invoice several times, emailed, tried to call but no response. Today received email stating query is now closed but still no payment!!!!
Terrible service and if no payment made in next few days will have to take legal action

same as a recent review I am a vehicle Bodyshop and the outstanding invoice is at 90 days now, and not for the first time, you don't get any response from emails and cant get through on the phone if i could give less than 1 star I would, if your going to do any work for wnsa you need to double your labour rate because you will earn it trying to get paid

Absolutely terrible service. My car got rear ended in France. They are not fighting my corner at all. Has been going on for over a year now. They keep sending the same email over and over again asking for extra information which I have sent on 3 different occasions with no reply. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to emails, even the complaints department doesn't reply. Looks like sollicitors and the ombudsman will be the only way forward.

Absolutely horrendous service.
I carried out a repair for a customer which went through wns 2 months later no payment ended up threatening legal action and getting the customer and the insurance company involved. Do not use or go near this company you have been warned.

AVOID

We are a garage who has carried out repairs on a vehicle insured by this company and we have been waiting 4 months for payment. I have tried to call them, no answer and having read the reviews we will not be carrying out any further work on behalf of this company as I think it will be unlikely that we will get our invoice paid. I will be reporting them to the FCA and the PRA.

First Class

I have to say I had a very smooth ride. My car was collected within 2 days. The customer service was first class and I was advised that industry issues could mean a significant delay in getting my vehicle back however the repair only took 2 weeks (damage was extensive). I wasn't initially provided with a hire car as they were not in stock but the garage called me towards the end of the first week to arrange delivery of a car. I hope I don't have another claim but if I do I hope to have the same experience.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with…

The WORST experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. This company along with the string of other companies it works with are a disgrace. I was offered a mere £100 compensation for the hell I was out through and it’s not even been payed to me weeks after being offered it. Disgusting company.
