I'm very happy with the puzzles that I ordered as I've been looking for them for a while at a decent price point and managed to order them from Wood and Toys. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was quick and simple. It was exceptionally nice to receive a handwritten receipt with a thank you note from a lady named Julie. The puzzles were wrapped nicely and were of excellent quality. Thank you for a great online shopping experience.

I bought a Peter Rabbit push along, which is well made and is loved by my niece. It was priced better than some big names stores, was quickly delivered. Lovely to be able to buy from an independent store.

I bought a toy from the company and the experience was great. I usually buy toy from big companies but the toy I wanted was out of stock everywhere and I finally found it at Wood & Toys. First I wasn't sure about buying it from a small toy company, but once I purchased it the service for amazing. I got the toy without 3 days after I purchased it and I got a heart warmed, handwritten note from the company. The toy was wrapped nicely and the quality of the toy was excellent! I will definitely purchase other toys from Wood & Toys again! Thank you very much!

First class service all round. Made the click and collect service very convenient to me as the customer and when I accidentally ordered 2 of the same product on the web site, processed an immediate refund for the unwanted item. Very happy indeed with the product and the service.

The toys I ordered are absolutely beautiful and were delivered very quickly. The handwritten note inside was a nice touch and was nice to know we’d contributed towards a small local business. The toys were packaged well with bubble wrap and scrunched up paper. I’d definitely order from here again.

Excellent service. Emailed after i had ordered to request postage not to be royal mail due to the issues they were having. Replied quickly and offered for it to be wrapped to. Present got to destination a couple of days later, brilliant and was able to use local supplier.
