I was a little apprehensive about ordering from a company I hadn't used before. I was very pleased with both the products and the prompt delivery. I would use this company again, I also received a little free gift!!

Ordered a kiddimoto bike and some little wooden vehicles. Even though we are in the run up to Xmas they arrived very quickly and we're very well packaged. There were also a couple of thank you gifts - notepad and some really nice skittles. Delightful touch. I was also advised that I would receive the email fromTrust Pilot about this review. Customer service is clearly very high on the agenda for this retailer. I feel very confident that they would deal with any issues that arose, when purchasing or when using the products, in a very helpful way.

The toys are so lovely.i managed to get some traditional wooden toys for my son which I am really pleased with.

Ordered the Racing Car, which arrived well within expected time, well packaged. A beautiful toy, well made in this lovely smooth, fine-grained wood. A comfortable size for little ones too. This has now been sent on to my baby grandson in Australia for his first birthday. I will have to wait for his response to it, but as his big brother is a Formula 1 devotee I expect the two boys will have a lot of fun with it!
Only concern I had was whether the little wooden driver might be a choking hazard --- this toy is sold as for 12 months + --- I am sure it must be fully researched and OK'd --- but I still sent the little driver to his Mum separately for her to decide ( I would not have let one of my babies have this until, maybe, the age of 3?).
Thank you for a lovely range of beautiful toys --- I would definitely buy more. I have my eye on the big red bus!

Fantastic toys, well made and good quality. Two deliveries both times when parcel didn't arrive and no card, I checked website which said delivered to 'generic' name (not our name). One found thrown over fence (well packed and in good condition) and other with neighbour - a note through the door would have saved a lot of bother. However support from wood and toys both times was excellent, very prompt replies at all times of day including weekends.

Toys were good quality and very helpful throughout, even contacted me before sending to check a happy first birthday message for my nephew. Wooden toys are always better than plastic counterparts, plan to use these guys again.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I had chosen a Ragtales Darcy Bear and wanted the tutu dress too. It was out of stock elsewhere or due to low stock other companies were charging exorbitant prices. Wood & Toys had what I wanted at the RRP so I placed my order. The parcel arrived very quickly and all beautifully packaged along with a gorgeous wooden fairy thumb push toy which was a lovely surprise. Very impressed and would certainly order from here again.
