Recently bought some second hand junckers flooring and customer service helped me to find the appropriate clips, even going so far as to contact junckers to make sure they would work with the boards that I had. Fast response, super helpful and fair prices. Just ordered again!

Wooden floor has the best customer service I have ever experienced!
my enquiry about a specific flooring I wanted was replied to thoroughly. Furthermore they have a very friendly and cheerful staff, who went the extra mile when I realised that the amount I ordered was almost 6 m2 short!! And as soon as I told them they organised swiftly another delivery!

Some of the best quality flooring I have seen and very good after sales service.

Expensive delivery and long delivery time which I wasn’t expecting as imported from Denmark. Would be good to be clearer on that on website. Also I was asked if they could use an artic to deliver as if not then I’d have to pay an extra £400+ delivery. So glad I said artic would do as they turned up in small van so that would have been a charge for nothing. I know partly the type of flooring I had to buy but it had to match existing floor so had no choice.

I was looking for a pack of 22mm Junckers Oak flooring to patch an existing floor. Anna was brilliant and quick on to it. The warehouse located a few spare packs. The pallet with the single pack on it arrived a day earlier than promised. The warehouse manager clearly has had clearly many years experience sending out expensive flooring via courier networks - the packaging was excellent - 'courier-proof'. Outstanding. Thanks for solving my problem so well. Will use again.
