I am have never understood the universal dislike of of solicitors until I dealt with Willmakeyousuffer. I am so appalled by my treatment I am taking my complaint to the solicitor ombudsman. so I will not post opinions only facts.
I instructed them to help me purchase a vacant property with no chain on 30th of June. it completed 9 days before Christmas!
After I complained about lack of progress 3 and half months in I was told my expectations are unrealistic.
Was told it is normal they wait 3O days for a reply. (This was miss Stauffer her self)
When I mentioned how long it took at the end of the process and that I was astonished that they believe this was decent and fair treatment. I was sent a treating email saying I need to pay my bill in full now or the purchase would not go ahead. Basically holding me and my young family hostage 2 weeks before Xmas I paid as I had no choice.

We used this company for conveyancing and cannot fault them.
