Ordered a Dutch oven, case and lid lifter. Took a couple of days to arrived (ordered Friday morning, arrived Monday morning, free delivery) and was well packed. Fuss free, easy transaction. Email updates with tracking from APC. It’s nice to see a company that shows ‘in stock’ items as actually ‘in stock’. Reasonably priced too. I shall definitely be using Wood To Water Outdoors again. Mini repel this is a great handy sized magnetic led light it sticks to anywhere metal. You put little pads in it and the best from the light heats the pads and stops the mozzies getting you, this is great. The only issue I have is the buttons on it, they are not well designed and hard to find in the dark

After researching the product I wanted, I found it at the best price at Wood to Water Outdoors. After purchase, I was super pleased to find an email, same day, saying it had been dispatched and it was received the very next day. Delivery company used (APC) were great too, an driver who actually waited for me to answer the door and hand me the parcel - don't change to any other courier WtWO!

I bought two gas canisters for my highlander blade, and unfortunately one would not release the gas. I got in touch straight away and had a really quick response and the issue was sorted straight away. I would recommend and shop with Wood To Water again.

Slightly apprehensive as Wood to Water Outdoors was not a company I had heard of and the price of the Petzl 600 head torch was substantially less than everywhere else. Very glad I went ahead with the purchase: the ordering was straightforward and there was immediate email confirmation of the purchase, with an estimated delivery date, which was the following day. It arrived as promised and I am delighted with it. No hesitation about ordering from them again when the occasion arises. Everything about the purchase was faultless.

The problem was ME I am 77 years old and did not fully read the description and wrongly assumed at the price it was rechargeable.
I have contacted them and in the process of getting a refund they have been most helpful.
