Our dog Thena has been using Woofles collars, harnesses and leads everyday, since we brought her home as a puppy last year.
The quality of the materials and strength of the clips were the reasons that we bought Thena the next size up as she grew and then a full set in a different colour also.
I would recommend Woofles to anyone looking for harnesses, collars or leads.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size harness; customer service were great at supporting the return & reorder. Fantastic harnesses; lots of choice and very hard-wearing!

Sadly Kat has refused to call regarding our order. They advertise a free collar when buying a harness! It was not possible to add this at checkout. I’ve tried via messenger, phone, email and Facebook (now blocked) to get help with this issue. They refuse to help! This was the second order we placed for our pup. We would buy more products but now after the way we’ve been treated and lack of communication from this company has lead to this review warning others about our experience. We will now endeavour to return our order as the free collar offer is obviously never going to be discussed with us. I repeat we’ve made contact many times requesting a call not an obtuse email ignoring the issue. Customer service is not customer friendly! The order also took weeks to arrive. As soon as we could not add the collar at check out in April we tried to make contact its now June and we have kept trying. Woofles seem to be actively avoiding addressing this issue. If you advertise a free collar with a harness why don’t you honour this when a harness is ordered? You know we tried to take up the offer at check out but youhave refused to be helpful or to add the collar to our harness order. Not very kind and frankly deceptive. We are not hopeful of ever resolving this.

Great products. Competitive prices and good quality items. Ordering was straightforward, as was checking out. Kept informed about dispatch and didn't take long to be delivered. Customer service are responsive and want to hear about your experience & review of products.

The harness I ordered was great. I wanted a harness with a two point attachment. It fit my dog well and was adjustable.

I bought some collars and a lead from this company and they are great quality. The order arrived quickly and the collars fitted well. The addition of a discount code for all future orders was much appreciated and I liked the lead so much I've just bought another one!

I bought an endurance harness from this business. Then when I asked for advice about adjusting it using their ‘Contact Us’ facility - Kat ended-up refusing to answer - saying I was 'not a real customer' and\or 'fake'!

I was also blocked on Facebook - as they obviously didn't want me sharing the experience about them.

Yet this is a quote from them on a Trust Pilot review from another customer:
'Delivering exemplary customer service is at the heart of everything we do, we want to exceed expectations every single time someone shops with us.'

...Really?????

Words fail me! What a truly awful business!

Terrible customers service.

I bought a harness, collar and got a lead as a free gift. Unfortunately the lead broke after around 4 weeks of having it. (Sold a faulty product) I emailed the company and didn’t get a reply back for over a week, when he/she did reply I was told a new lead would be sent out right away. 2 weeks goes by and lead still hasn’t appeared. I email the company again and no reply again. So I wait another couple of days and email again with an angrier email calling out their lies basically. And shock to my “surprise” I get a reply right away telling me they had sent out my lead and cause it didn’t arrive they would refund me. But then another email follows very swiftly telling me I wouldn’t be getting a refund as it was a free gift. I liked the products and heard good things about them. Was happy to buy from here a small business (supporting the smaller businesses and all that) but cause I called them out on their LIES they didn’t like it. If I was just told in the first place that my FAULTY lead was a free gift and they wouldn’t be able to send me a new one or refund me I would have purchased another one. Very poor customer service from HE/SHE. In this very saturated market I wish them all the best in their business. I hope the person/owner can maybe improve on their customer services skills. My email was maybe a bit to much for yourself but it’s a shame it took an angry email to get a response from you.

THE PERSON LEFT WITH A FAULTY LEAD

Easy website, clear ordering and measuring advice excellent. Ordered basic harness in blue but would love to order the red when back in stock.

Easy to put on and looks super smart!

We were looking for a little while for a decent harness that was veterinary approved rather than one for the image. Luckily we found Woofles and not only did we get a top quality product but the matching colours is a brilliant idea. Initially ordered the Medium and within a few hours of it being delivered we have gone back on and ordered the Large and XL for our growing Bordernese girly.
Also prefer to deal with smaller companies in the UK.

Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the collar and harness were the wrong size, which was our fault for guessing rather than measuring. Replacements sent quickly which fit perfectly. Thanks Kat

Poor customer experience after purchase.

Having provided my young dog's measurements I was advised to get a medium harness. When it arrived it was clearly too big.
I paid over £7 to return it by Special Delivery for an exchange.
I emailed several times & phoned too...but no response ...apparently childcare over the summer holidays takes presidence over your customer (which is ok on an amateur level ....but if you want to run a successful company ??...)

Anyway nearly a week goes by ....& my dog has no harness ..(long story but lost on a beach near Cardiff!)

When I eventually hear back from Woofles they are asking for an extra £1 for the new harness to be sent.....really?

Also, because I had a nhs discount i forfeited the ability to get a free collar.

I feel I have no option now but to buy another great Embark harness on Amazon ...which will arrive tomorrow & would have no problem or cost to return or exchange if necessary ..

Sorry Woofles ...I would have loved to have become a fan but you have failed to deliver & I'm disappointed. 

I'd rather support small businesses when I can , but they have to deliver & compete if they hope to survive

The Endurance Harness was bought for our rescue Border Collie. It is very well made with multiple points for adjustment. It's easy to fit. One of the clips is fitted with a locking device so you can't inadvertently undo the harness. It can be clipped to her lead and to her seatbelt at the same time with no getting confused as to which one to undo. It's very sturdy but yet soft not stiff and it has reflective strips for use in the dark. It may be a little more expensive than others I looked at but is far and away the best quality.

Excellent customer service. I made an error with my order & it was sorted next morning. Endurance harness & collar arrived today & seems great quality & fit.

Personal service and friendly. I've ordered the set for 2 of my dogs and so has my daughter for hers. The quality of the products is amazing, we have had dogs for many years and everything here is of the best and highest quality I have ever seen. No gimmicks, no inflated prices. The harnesses are look and feel comfortable for the dog whilst keeping them safe and secure.
Highly recommend.

Great products and fab customer service.
We’ve now bought 2 sets so our puppy can have a spare when he gets all muddy and wet. They’re really well made and look great.
We had a small problem with a lead but this was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner by Kat and sorted out quickly.

Endurance harness not strong enough for a very bouncy large boxer puppy … fabric started to pull away from stitching on day 3. Lead also not ideal as slips through hand when he pulls. Poor customer service from woofles who said no refund as small business and can’t afford it.
The facts stand as above despite woofles describing the damage as cosmetic … we can no longer use on the puppy for fear of the stitching coming away. Yes the boxer pup did cause this but the harness needs to be strong enough to deal with it. The supplier was aggressive and unhelpful as you can see from the tone of the review . Never again would I waste £45

I have purchased 2 leads and 2 harnesses from this company and cannot fault them. The first harness I received was unfortunately too small, but the refund was processed quickly and without any issues.

The leads are great quality and I love that they have carabiner clip as they’re so secure. Ignore the 1 star review complaining about their puppy chewing through the lead - my puppy chewed his lead so much when he was younger and still never chewed it through. It did eventually get a bit frayed and scruffy, but was never close to being chewed through. I bought another as a replacement now he’s stopped chewing so much and it’s as good as new even months down the line. Great quality.
