Great service and products! I love receiving my new yarn and patterns!

My son bought me a starter kit for Christmas and I soon knitted a lovely bobble hat. I then ordered more wool and have also knitted a cushion cover and a scarf. The quality of the kits is extremely good. The crazy sexy wool is soft and luxurious. Now looking for my next project.

Including the knitting needles needed for the project rather than an embroidery needle would have been more helpful.

I love my yarn. Very fast delivery. Can’t wait to get started on the pattern.

Excellent “Feeling Good” yarn in bronze olive using “Truth Hurts” cardigan pattern which is free on the website. It is knitting up a dream!
I also love the packaging which contains no plastic.

I received three balls of Feeling Good Yarn in eucalyptus green for a Christmas gift from my granddaughter. I had admired this yarn while she was working on a project. I loved the yarn and the color so much that I decided to knit a sweater and needed to purchase additional yarn. The pattern I chose, Happy Cardigan, was only available by kit. I requested the pattern and was sent the directions to print at home. Thank you Wool and the Gang for allowing me to do this. The yarn is knitting up so beautifully and is so soft. I appreciate that your products are available from DMC in New Jersey, USA.

Nice website, nice branding, nice color options, fair pricing. But this yarn sheds so intensely, that everything my sweater comes into contact with (sofa, jacket, jeans) ends up with a layer of fuzz on it.

I bought Lil' Crazy Sexy Wool and it is SUPER soft!! And their colors are so sophisticated, chic and modern. I am a big fan!

I love the quality product that Wool and the Gang puts out however their service has been less than ideal. I had trouble with my adress in one of my orders and instead of being helpful and telling me they’d get right on that, they told me I should have been quicker in my response time. Very unhelpful. I’ve also waited now 7+ business days for my order and still nothing. Not even an update.

Delivered promptly though damaged package but all in tact and with another ball of wool .Nice gesture but won’t use it because it’s not pure wool. Will gift it.

So glad to find a brand that values providing a quality product while being intentional about the sourcing of the fibers and labor that goes into producing them. The cotton yarns I bought are so soft and are just as described. There was a small issue with delivery, but the Wool and the Gang team resolved the issue right away!

I’ve reached out to the customer service team a few times for various things - stock updates, support with an incorrect order. They’re always so efficient and helpful in their response and that makes such a difference. Most recently I ordered a knitting kit and one of the colours arrived different from what I expected from the website picture. They sent me a drop off QR code no problem at all, and told me to just give my exchange request in the package. They managed my expectations up front telling me it could be 10 days so it was a wonderful surprise to have the new wool with me within a week of drop off. And to top it off the product is such high quality and patterns so easy to follow. Love this company and hope they keep on going strong!

First time knitter - loving the beautiful wool and knitting accessories.

Ordering the kit was easy - the product arrived timely. The kit contained everything needed to knit the scarf...the yarn is so soft!

Ordered a Hero Cardigan knitting kit as my first attempt at a larger project.
The kit arrived in a lovely bag with everything I needed for the cardigan, wool, pattern booklet, needles, a sew in label and even a needle to sew on the label.
The wool was super chunky and an absolutely lovely colour (parma purple).
The pattern booklet explained the stitches, all the techniques needed for making the cardigan. Video links are also on their website to show you how things are done.
I've just finished the project and cannot believe I have made something so lovely for my first attempt at something to wear properly. I'd only been knitting a few months and only attempted hats and scarves before hand.
I'd definitely recommend WATG and the Hero Cardigan project. I will definitely be using them for more projects in the future.

I am a rank beginner at crochet and although the project was said to be “for beginners” I worried I wouldn’t be able to follow the directions. No problem! Perfectly clear step by step instruction and now I have a beautiful project I know I can finish. A confidence booster! Could t be happier with my order from Wool and the Gang!
