My order arrived within 10 days from England. The jumpers were exactly as described and fitted perfectly. I was a little skeptical about the sizing, but the website was right- a small did equate to what I would normally describe as a medium for women. The jumpers were so good, I put in my next order within a fortnight! I'm very happy with that purchase as well.

The product I got was exactly as I expected because their web site and product information is great. True sizing is important to know before purchase and your site does this well.

I purchased a high-necked cashmere and wool jumper in camel and a long belted cashmere and wool cardigan in navy. Delivery was surprisingly quick. Woolovers service was excellent and I love the garments. They are soft and warm, fit perfectly, and look great. Having seen them and noted the impressively affordable price, my neighbour (who has no computer or internet) has asked me to help her make a purchase.

I purchased a beautiful aran cardigan recently. A am absolutely delighted with the quality and warmth of this cardigan. I bought a M and it is very true to size. This cardigan actually looks handmade and I get lots of good comments when I wear it.

I purchased these two items for my daughter who lives in Finland. I am in Australia. Being able to purchase garments and have them sent to Finland was great and the delivery was quite fast. My daughter looked at the website, chose what she wanted and I purchased the items as a gift. We used the size chart to determine the correct size and she is very happy with the two items. My daughter is about five feet six inches tall and the garments are great for her height.
I am only five foot two and some of the things I have purchased have not been right for me so I have sent them back. I have purchased quite a few items for myself and my mother and most things have been right for us. I could not fault the company for the excellent service, its friendly staff helping on the website and the overall quality of the garments.

This is the first time I have purchased from Woolovers. I had to return two products due to sizing but have been impressed with the way that the company kept me informed of exchange turnaround. Excellent products and would definitely buy again from this company.

I ordered 2 jumpers from Woolovers which arrived in record time. Unfortunately they were a little too big so had to return, this was a simple process. Once again in no time the replacements were delivered without any problems. Amazing how quickly this process was considering they came from the UK to Aus. Amazing service & fantastic quality. The website is well set out and easy to order from, with reliable sizing advice.
The jumpers and tops I have bought, in both the men's and women's ranges, are good quality. They are soft and durable, retaining their shape and size after multiple wears and machine washing (on a wool cycle).
The styles are quite classic and versatile, complimenting many different outfits. I like that many of the styles come in a broad range of colours.
The prices are very reasonable; a lot cheaper than you would expect to pay for items of similar quality in Australian stores. Free international postage on orders over a certain amount is an added bonus.
I plan to purchase more items from Woolovers in the future and will happily recommend the site to anyone.

The website is extremely well set up to choose what you want, the correct sizes to fit and colours. There is no guess work. I bought multiple garments in my first purchase and am very happy with every single garment. I was so happy with the garments and the prices I went back for more. Well done Woolovers. Every purchase I have made from Woolovers has lived up to my expectation and I nearly always find what I am looking for and have no problems with my ordering.

I'm very happy with my Woolover purchases and have already given my colleagues the catalogue- there's only one suggestion I would make and that is to create a women's size XS - I am petite and while I can get away with wearing the S - an XS would be perfect (especially with the vests). If you need a good size template you should use the Jigsaw brand (stores in the UK) who also make knits - it is a very good XS sizing. I'm sure there are many women like me who would love to buy your knits but are worried the S will be slightly too big - anyway - just a suggestion!

We were very impressed with the website, and the pre-sales service. When we received the email confirmation of our order, we were invited to re-check the size ordered and given instructions on how to ensure the garment measurements would be correct. We also received confirmation of despatch and the order was received very promptly in Australia about one week later. The garments are very high quality. We initially bought the merino and cashmere mix which is very light and warm. We have since re-ordered lambs wool and also found these to be very high quality. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending the excellent service and products.

I have been back to Woolovers twice now. They are in England, and I am in Australia. It doesn't matter that they are on the wrong side of the world. The products are just as promised. Their delivery is as if it was coming from a few suburbs away.

The instructions re using one of your garments that fits and measuring from armpit to armpit worked really well, and I found all the knitwear was true to your stated measurements. Colour choice is great, and just so happy to find something that fits my large husband! We'll be back.

I have purchased several times from Woolovers and am very happy with the items and the quick delivery time to Australia of about a week. I am a size 12 and the Small in unisex is a good fit, the products are excellent quality and I love the fact that there is so much colour choice. My recent purchase of two Ballet wrap cardigans in size M, arrived with one too large/incorrectly sized. My email to the company explaining the issue was promptly answered, and a replacement cardigan posted to me. Bought 2 cardigans. Both fit well considering I'm the size of a gorilla. Lovely and warm and will last many years by the feel of them. Delivered rapidly

The pullover I ordered was soft and a good fit. The sizing instructions are helpful and correct as are the washing instructions. The colour was as described. There is a huge choice of colours and types of garment. It was surprisingly warm considering it's sheerness. Overall I am happy with my pullover and will be ordering more products in the future.

We have a mild winter here in Western Australia, very much like a very cool Spring in either England and the USA. But we can have below 0 on some days, too.
