Beautiful well presented product. Only let down was the delivery company left it outside near bins on a wet day, so I have had to put the display box in the airing cupboard to dry before wrapping as a present at the end of this month.

So I had somehow managed to order the wrong product, which had shown up very quickly and very well packaged. Chris was straight on it and got the correct product on its way too me as I sent the wrong one back. It equally showed up in good time and well packaged. The product itself is great. Looks amazing and and came in a box that really made it special. My son absolutely loves it. Thanks Chris for a great product but for also saving my ass 👍🏼

Fantastic item , very happy and great costumer service 10/10

The tracks themselves are great - sturdy and detailed. The shortcoming is the adhesive material provided with the kit. It's a pain to use - messy and also stains walls. I think simple double sided tape strips would be better.

Ordering the item online was quick and easy. Delivery was only a couple of days, the tracks are the perfect size to be put in a frame.

Great product that delivers on quality and appearance and was easy to install.

Absolutely amazing!

Very straight forward to order, even though my initial query for a single cirucit was not actually available to purchase, they forfilled my request with no issues via email.
I was warned about the very high delivery cost issues that they were having with their delivery supplier and was asked to report back to them if that was the option, and it was (not down to them) so they have followed up with the delivery company.
Also just a quirk of sending to canada, It said it had been delivered when in fact it had only been recieved by canada post, A quick check with World race circuits and all was sorted, again wasnt down to them.

These are amazing pieces! Customer service was great. Had a couple damaged from shipping ( not their fault at all) and they were replaced within a week.

Received F1 circuits when I ordered nascar. Have emailed several times but no response.

Great items, recipient was over the moon. When RM took a while to deliver due to Christmas & RM delays, Chris offered to send me out a replacement, however it turned up the next day.
Great company to deal with.

It's now 12/26/2023 and still waiting for the order I placed on 11/19/2023 to be delivered so I can't possibly review what I don't have yet.

These are beautiful! I’m so happy with the quality, and the packaging is really nice.

There was a problem with shipping that was not the company’s fault. My inquiry email was answered immediately by Chris and he shipped another order to me with expedited shipping at his expense. His communication and customer service is impressive and refreshing.

An ad for them popped up on my social media and I knew it was the perfect gift for my husband! The ordering process was smooth. There was a slight hiccup with delivery but my package still arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. And it was exactly the way it looks in the pictures!
