4 full weeks after purchasing the item and I have still not received the item ordered nor shipping tracking info, but I have already received an email asking me to review the product & process. This is ridiculous and a rather backwards practice.

Love these tracks , very well made

My experience started out great. There was a good dialogoue, and I felt really good about the service level.

However.. Out of nowhere, the company stopped replying. Of course there could be a good reason for that (that's why I didn't give you less than 3 stars).

I think it's kind of bad service, which is a shame, because we heard so many great things, and felt really comfortable ordering from here, due to the great Trustpilot reviews.

We had to order our circuits from another dealer.

Ordered the midi f1 set for my sons birthday. Great to see this addition as next set up was a reach but mini seemed too small. I’m like Goldilocks - middle set was just right.
Beautifully packaged for a gift and it’s such a lovely set. My son was thrilled. I chose black option to suit his room but the wooden ones are a nice touch.
Posted very quickly and great communication.
I can only give 5 stars but Chris deserves more. I contacted him to see if it was feasible to add on an old race track that my son had actually had a junior lesson and track day at and he was so lovely about it. He’d never heard of the circuit but researched it, made it and included it in the set at no extra cost. It meant such a lot to my son and I got lots of reasons so such a lovely touch by Chris going out of his way to help - and with no delay to the posting of the set. Exceptional customer service.
Exceptionally impressed and thoroughly recommend- just wish it came with someone who could put it up on the walls so it looks as good as photos - wish me luck!!!

The finish and precision is even better in person! Order these! Immaculately packed and presented, I cannot wait to display these but they are so comfy in the jewelry box they came in!

Nascar large with names engraved. These came out perfect. Will be a great addition to my husbands ever growing Nascar memorabilia. Just need to find the perfect place to hang them.

I ordered the F1 tracks for my husband’s birthday. He absolutely loves them!
The delivery was very quick!

I was impressed with the racetracks, they are very well made, and will make for great artwork in my RV as I travel to several IndyCar race weekends.

Communication was also spot on when I communicated an oversight on a change to one of the tracks. Chris responded immediately and is correcting the issue.

Where do I start the communcation was spot on, there was a problem with the order, not their fault but they fixed the issue very quickly and professionally, can not fault them in any way.
The product is amazing the attention to detail is great and the tracks look great on the wall.
A must for any F1 or motorsports fan, I will for sure be keeping an eye out for when new tracks are released so the collection can keep growing.
