I am grateful for the full refund. I did not like the bed I bought but I did not have any problems to get a refund and collection was arranged without any fee. Thank you for that. Service and communication was excellent.
Just what I wanted!
The Hawaiian Garden (or beach) parasol is exactly as described. It is really a big umbrella, coated with plastic ‘raffia’ and looks really pretty in the garden.

Got a call before to confirm the date which was great, checked my contact details etc. Delivery drivers were great, informative and helpful and calling ahead to let me know when they were ariving. I Did start my purchase on Amazon however they couldn't specify a delivery date, they cancelled the order on the delivery date without my knowledge! Will come back to worldstores

Furniture was delivered on time
Furniture was delivered on time, it was not super easy to assemble but it was really sturdy once assembled, I prefer the quality to Ikea and amazon furniture purchases
Damaged item received then follow up very poor
Item when assembled by booked engineers was found to be damaged. Immediately reported to Customer Service and I was requested on receipt of request e mail to send photo back. This was done on the day of assembly. Automatic e mail acknowledgement received with 72 hour response time quoted. Left it a week then phoned up and was told I needed to send photos. Explained that I had done that previous week and customer assistant then found the e mail I had sent back. Told I would be informed when replacement item is to be despatched. It is now going on for a month since order.

Friendly staff, delivers on time.
We purchsed a recliner sofa from World Stores after many problems ordering the same sofa from Dunelm. The sales assistant was very pleasant and very apologetic with regards to the problems we had had. It transpires that Dunelm bought World Stores last year and it seems the 2 ordering systems are not compatible. The service from Dunelm was shocking to say the least. World Stores was a different story all together. Polite, professional and delivered when they said they would, the delivery guys were excellent.
Would we use them again, yes I think we would, would we order direct? Most definitely!
Quite possibly the worst service I have…
Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced, I ordered doors and fixings on a Tuesday for delivery the following Monday, waited in on the Monday and nothing arrived.
I spoke with the company and they were rude and completely unhelpful, the doors and half the fixtures arrived on the Tuesday but one box was missing, seven phone calls later they have apparently dispatched the missing items.
All their phone operatives are incredibly rude, they won’t call or email back when they say they will and nor can you speak with a manager.
I would avoid this company at all costs

Easy to place order
Easy to place order, make payment and received next day. Would recommend. My daughter loves her lazybones cage. It is delicate but once set up seems ok but cannot confirm durability of the cage as yet. But ok for the price. Would have liked an invoice emailed once order placed.
