Excellent excellent. Great service, kept you informed, delivery on time, friendly, helpful and funny delivery men, and quality goods. Definitely recommend.

I was very impresses with how quickly…

I was very impresses with how quickly the 3 seater reclining sofa and reclining chair was delivered, however, we did not take delivery of the chair because it was covered in mildew and soaking wet! We emailed you with an attached photo of the damage chair and are still waiting for a response! When the sofa was bought into our home there was a big bare footprint on one of the seats, we had to buy some leather cleaner to remove it, as soap and water do not work.

We hope this will be sorted very soon, we have had no feed back yet, not even to apologies and confirm it is being dealt with.

It did what it said on the tin

It did what it said on the tin! Excellent communication at all times concerning delivery and spot on in keeping to the timetable in this respect. The goods were most satisfactory, good quality and value, and certainly would have no hesitation in using Worldstores again and recommending to colleagues and friends.

Terrible

Terrible, awful service. Took three attempts to deliver the order. And the sofa was rubbish, so have bought a new one, from made.com was delivered as promised and much better quality!

Will never be using worldstores again!

Awful experience so far

I ordered a sofa bed which arrived last Saturday in 3 parts. Two of the three parts were correct but the third part was a completely different sofa in the wrong colour. The drivers who had delivered wouldn't return my calls or texts so I replied to the dispatch confirmation email (with pictures showing the problem) and also attempted to make contact and explain the problem via the online form on their website (which did not have the facility to add pictures).

I got a reply on Monday morning from a different customer service email asking for pictures, so resent the pictures to that address.

No reply until Wednesday when they asked me when I would be free for them to collect the incorrect part (no mention of delivering the correct part at the same time). I replied that any Saturday would be fine. They said they don't do Saturdays. I was unhappy that I would therefore need to waste my annual leave just to be home on a weekday, but asked whether Friday 20 July was available.

It is now the end of Thursday and no reply...

UPDATE: Following the posting of this review on 12 July, initially I was allocated someone very helpful (Sophie) who exchanged a series of emails with me on 14 July regarding the situation and what she was doing with regards to arranging the replacement. I was starting to feel reassured - until she promised to phone me on 17 July with an update about when I could expect the replacement to take place, and never did. I have sent chaser emails since and received no reply. I'm not sure whether is this is just poor customer service, or whether they genuinely have a business ethics issue and simply do not intend to put this right. Either way, I therefore now have to consider the possibility that I will have to pursue this either through my credit card company or the Trading Standards in order to get an acceptable outcome. Unless they can put things right and do so quickly, I cannot justify leaving more than 1 star here due to the time and effort it is taking to get this resolved.

Trusted company…

I have often ordered items from this company. They have excellent customer service and excellent communications. Delivery is very fast and reasonably priced, with many items having free delivery.
I would definately recommend this company.

Very prompt

Very prompt. Delivery was quoted as 3 to 4 weeks so I ordered it straight away. However came within 2 working days. Whikst we were on holiday. Colour not as expected but very nice and I have decided to keep it,

Great buy!

Great buy!! And lovely night's sleep, only downfall was delivery... Two men with bare minimum English, who were given mixed address! Half of the delivery address and post code of billing address! In the end had to go to billing address to get the mattress. Bar that unfortunately event, the quality and feel of the products are great and would recommend the goods.

Horrendous ongoing experience

Horrendous ongoing experience. I bought a log store from this company and it was delivery on 1st June. During delivery your driver damaged my driveway (i accept accidentally)and the store itself is mouldy with fungus growing on it. I have emailed you on 7-8 occasions since including sending you attachments of the damage to driveway and store. You promise to reply but usually do not. The last time you bothered to reply you stated that you would resolve my issues. This was 19 June. Yet again, I've heard nothing since.
