Good communication
We hadn't heard of Wow tickets and as we were visiting London with our family I was a bit nervous. However the communication was very good. We received tickets (qr code) and instructions the day before and a WhatsApp message to ensure it had arrived.

Overall good service
Overall good service. The ticket prices were better than competitors. We received several emails with instructions and the customer support responded quickly when we had enquiries. Additionally, they sent us the tickets on time and we had no problems in match day. My only recomendation is to improve the website and emails as they are not user friendly.

Hello Marvyn - thanks for your feedback, I went ahead and checked, you ordered 2 pairs and NOT 4 together and you been provided as ordered 2 pairs (both on the same block). FYI - on the description of the category it says explicitly "Seats in pairs guaranteed" and there's also a round icon of seats in pairs. for grouping of 4 together there's another category called "3 or 4 together" but this is not what you've booked.
I apologies if your expectations weren't set right, I will see if we could have communicated it better.

Really fraud company
Really fraud company! The Game between Chelsea and Tottenham was postponed. And i am going to London to my honeymoon. The company didnt answer mail in few days first and then started lying about cancelation fee….
I paid 487 pound and just got 270 pound back.
Dont buy from this company… it is not serious company. They ruined my honeymoon…
