Purchased tickets 4 weeks before the match to be told they would arrive the day before. I emailed and messaged a few times the day before and kept being told to wait, they eventually got in touch after 7pm to be told they had no tickets left when I had chosen but could move me for free to a slightly better area to which I agreed as I was now getting anxious about the tickets. They finally arrived 9 seats a part even though i paid extra to have them together. I wasn't happy about 8 people between me and my boy, luckily when we got there it was a free for all so we managed to sit together. I wouldn't use these again.

Bought expensive football tickets for Arsenal v West Ham three weeks before the game. They guaranteed seats together. Mailed and chatted online with them several times to be sure that me and my son would sit together. Kept being told I would receive ETickets 24 hours before the match. Then got told it would be the morning of the match. Then at midday on matchday, after booking train tickets to London for me and my son, and a hotel room, I received an email saying that they encountered a serious problem with the original tickets associated with my order, and had to cancel the order. Luckily I found alternative tickets elsewhere, and received a refund. But I'll never trust this company again.

We travelled to London and I was chatting with them every day asking when they would deliver the tickets. Got no answer or just later delivery times. On matchday I had enough and demanded the tickets. They had no tickets together! I had to end our visit to a museum and sit for two hours hunting new tickets. Luckely I got new (expensive) tickets from another company but Ill never trust this company again.

I am writing this review with great disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with wowtickets.football. I purchased tickets for the Arsenal vs West Ham match as a special birthday gift for my son, a huge Arsenal fan. Despite ordering a month in advance and receiving multiple confirmation emails, the tickets were not delivered on the day of the match. This failure was not only unexpected but also deeply upsetting.

My attempts to resolve this issue through emails were met with vague explanations about problems on the club's website. However, these responses did not address the core issue – the non-delivery of the tickets for which I had paid. The lack of a concrete resolution or any form of compensation is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, my son and I traveled a great distance for this match, fueled by the excitement and anticipation of seeing his favorite team play. The disappointment of not being able to attend the match, despite having seemingly valid tickets, was immense.

The service provided by wowtickets.football has been utterly unsatisfactory. It has not only led to a significant financial loss but also a deeply disheartening experience for a young fan. I strongly urge others to be wary of using this service, as it lacks reliability and accountability.

In conclusion, I find wowtickets.football to be completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. This experience has been a huge letdown, and I hope my review will serve as a caution to potential customers

I ordered 2 tickets for my sons to go to Man City vs Crystal Palace on 16th Dec. The service provided by WoW Tickets was phenomenal, the ordering process was seamless, the Wow team were very attentive with customer support, my questions were answered promptly and the electronic tickets were delivered 3 days in advance of the match. A brilliant service and thank you WoW tickets for making this a great experience and a memorable day. Excellent.

This company sold us two tickets to seats that were promised to be next to each other. Instead they provided us two seats at opposite sides of the huge stadium and only noticed about this change one day before the event! Sure they gave us the 'option' for a full refund, but what kind of 'option' it really is once you've already flewn across Europe to see the game with your son? This company sucks ass! Do not use WoW tickets 'services' ever!

We received the tickets (8 of us) watched the match, our team lost 2-0, lol not wow fault lol

The match date was rescheduled, I contacted Customer service and it was a smooth experience, they answered my questions and assured me there was no impact to the tickets and it will be emailed the day before the game, it actually arrived 2 days before.

On Match day I was contacted on WhatsApp to confirm if the tickets had arrived, which i think it was good on the team to contact the customer and make sure everything was ok.

Over all great experience and will definitely be using WoW tickets again.

i disliked the fact that I only received the digital tickets 7 hrs before the match. Given the fact it was the first time i had dealt with you it was stressfull.
