Today
1 week ago, i bought 2 tickets for the football match [manchester city - brighton]. I wanted to make a surprise for my son for his birthday which is saturday-sunday. (11th birthday). Tickets were supposed to be next to eachother, this morning i got a message that the tickets are single not next to eachother. Then proposed me a full refund. For this game we were gaining money for this match for the last year, because its very expensive. We had to buy a hotel because we were from London, and to also not go to work. They also stopped talking to me after my complain, i recommend not using this website. They look like scammers i sent a message official to Manchester City that we have been scammed before date of the game. We are still shocked. My son is crying ever since he got told that he is not going.
