I am blown away by both the quality and the service provided by Wren. The result is a perfect solution for our annex and despite it not being the most expensive order we were given top dollar service. I had to return three parts of the kitchen (which was not installed by Wren) and they sent replacements within 24hrs. The app is brilliant. I cannot recommend them enough.

Bedroom measurement
We arranged for a member of the home survey team to visit us to measure our bedroom as we are interested in replacing the current old furniture and wardrobes. Jonathan E from the team, arrived punctually with a very friendly welcome and was very enthusiastic. He answered all our questions and show us an image of our measured up bedroom. We now look forward to visiting the store for a virtual look at the options for new furniture in our bedroom.

Another great experience
After a great experience with our kitchen we are now looking at their bedroom furniture.
So first step is to get the area measured and we were lucky enough to get Jonathan E. again as we also had him for our kitchen.
He is professional, friendly and very helpful and seems to love his job.

Excellent service from home surveyor
Having chosen the design and provisional layout of our new kitchen we were visited by wrens surveyor John EB to take accurate measurements.
He called beforehand to give his exact arrival time, was polite and respectful of our home. We discussed the plan and went through it in detail with him making notes to ensure the final plan to be presented to us would meet all of our needs. There was no feeling that he was rushing us it was a very relaxed experience.
