Throughout the purchasing process Richard was extremely helpful and responsive. Speed is always of the essence for our business and Richard really delivered.
Installation this weekend went exceptionally well and we have hit the ground running with our new printers thanks to a great team responsible for the installation.

We had our two printers installed today and due to our WIFI it wasn’t straightforward. However Danny Richardson came on short notice from Scarborough to York and rescued the day. He installed two machines, set them up, linked the devices, was patient training a woman of a certain age

XBM provided a great service to us recently where we required two Digital Advertising Displays to be installed, I was very happy with the speed and quality of their work and i would like to thank Jaime Kirby for ensuring this was a smooth Process. For that reason, we will definitely contact Jamie for future projects.

Nazmeen was very helpful and helped us find a good deal, she interacted with us very well and is very good at what she does, I would love to employ her.

We are very happy with the printer

Having had a total lack of service from our previous provider, I found XBM through a search on the internet. I can say from the first moment I had contact with XBM long before we signed up as a customer I was impressed. Customer service provided by Nazmeen was of a standard you dont often see anymore. A real sense of being more than a number and that they provide a personal contact point impressed me. The one stop option was what kept me talking, the fact it can all be remotely dealt with was far beyond what we currently received from a local supplier. The team have all been very helpful explaining everything from start to finish. The gentleman who arrived on site were polite and very presentable. The printer is excellent and the post installation service is fantastic. Would highly recommend this company. The price alone is worth giving them consideration let alone all the extras they offer.
