X Jewellery Reviews 

I’m sad to relate my recent experience with X jewellery because I was previously a big fan (see my very positive review a couple of years ago). Over the years I have bought bracelets and links for myself and as gifts for others. I’ve never encountered a problem until now.

I ordered a specific bracelet, but the wrong item was delivered. That’s OK, these things happen, but what I find unacceptable is that two weeks later I still haven’t received the correct bracelet, nor have I been given any reliable information on when it will be shipped. I contacted customer service and was given a vague reason for the delay and told that the correct item would be sent this week. Well, we are now at the end of the week and I’ve heard nothing further. I would have thought that having made a mistake the company would be keen to correct it, but it seems not. Even if I eventually receive what I ordered, which I am beginning to doubt, I think you learn a lot about a business from how they respond when things go wrong. The response here has been poor and, regrettably, I doubt I will buy from here again.

I absolutely love X Jewellery - it’s a recent find, but I’m very impressed by the quality, the concept and the customer service. Everything is solid and beautifully made, the links connect easily and they are so easy to personalise and make your own. Every purchase I’ve made from the UK has been shipped super quickly - usually beating more local purchases. Cannot recommend more highly.

Sales and after sals perfect. Website is sometimes a bit of a puzzle. For example finding Asian cord. To little choises are showed for a complet neckless.

Lots of colors to choose from - easy ordering - I loved picking out links to create a chain for my new purse. It turned out perfect.

I ordered 2 identical items, earrings, that have to be ordered separately and a link. I received an email that the earrings are not available and that they would gladly substitute their other earring choices for the same price, but I'd have to take a longer chain, 8mm instead of 6mm. When I checked the website, the offered earrings and chain were cheaper if bought each item separately. Basically the offer to charge me $75 instead of $60 was ludicrous. Needles to say, the offer was not appreciated. I sent an email asking for a refund for the entire order. I've heard NOTHING from the company. PLUS, I was under the impression that they were supposed to charge my card when they shipped the items. That did not happen. I plan to dispute the charge with my credit card company. ALSO, the earrings that I ordered are still listed for sale. All in all, bad form.

I wanted a 22” necklace so multiplied the size of the link and figured out how many links I needed. I didn’t figure that the links lost space when hooked together! It would be nice if you could let customers know how many links it takes to make say 6”. Just a suggestion😎

I have not heard one thing from this company once I paid for my items. I have sent several emails with no response. I feel they have ripped me off!!

I want to update my review from the first one. After writing the review I did hear back from the company a very nice email and I did get my order. I would have changed my review from a 1 to a 5 but really feel that communication once you purchase your item needs to be much better by the company. I love the bracelet and get so many compliments over it. I will be ordering from them again. I do feel they will work on getting more communication to you once you purchase your item. Very glad I was able to communicate with them, they are a very nice company to work with.

Unpacking my order was a joy once again. It was beautifully presented. The endless combinations are so much fun.
