Yale Door 

Following the intervention of Yale CEO Martin Armstrong we now have our replacement new door and trims fitted, just a couple of small issues remain which I am sure will be sorted shortly.

Our experience with Yale doors was excellent from start to finish and our door is exactly what we hoped it would be.

I was very pleased with the work and especially the door itself, but as I had to wait almost a month to have someone around to measure up and a further month to come and fit the door, I wasn't completely impressed with the level of service. I appreciate that Yale outsource the work to install but it does choose who it selects to do the work and a more local company would probably have speeded up the process in our case.

We were badly let down by someone who had promised to install our new door before Christmas. The fitters had a cancellation and actually came & fitted the new door for us on the 23rd December - how often does that happen. They did an excellent neat job and we are very pleased with the door.

Guys were on time. Very friendly and worked hard to get doors done quickly. Lovely job. Cleaned up after themselves too.

Overall we are pleased with the door and workmanship. This is our second door provided by Yale doors.

Yale door very competitive with other companies and found the 0% finance fantastic. Makes the door more affordable by paying monthly instalments for a year.

Out of the 3 companies I sought quotes from Yale were the cheapest and I am pleased to say that the quality of the product was not diminished. The service was excellent from the order to the survey and then to the installation and after care. I am very happy with my new stylish door which provides the security I need.

The door was fitted on time, the installers were friendly and the quality of work was excellent.
The digital door lock is fantastic once you manage the leap of faith to leave the house without a door key, we would recommend it wholeheartedly

The Yale Door team was fantastic from start to finish. I upgraded to have the Key Free handle and it’s been faultless. We are an active family so when I go for a run or take the dog for a walk it’s re-assuring to know that I haven’t lost my keys on the route (trust me it’s happened to me before!) We also have a young child and the tamper alarm is a real bonus, it would alert me if she ever tried to open the door by herself, the door is also approved by Secured by Design so I am hoping in the future this will lower my home insurance too.

Delivery was quick. Been fitted for a while now but Great solid door, the dark grey colour was just what I required.
Would buy again and recommend! :)

bought a composite front door from yale amazing price and had my joiner fit it.
it is very good quality and came on the day it was supposed to so all good there.
customer services was excellent and after sales team as well.

composite front door door and frame with added security features like upgraded security lock came to £806
then joiner charged £350 to fit it which included all materials as he was also building a frame with facias to attach the door frame to.
all in was £1156 which I thought was excellent price for the whole job

to put things into perspective the windows and door company
CR Smith aberdeen who installed all my new windows
qouted me £2400 for the exact same door fitted.

Fitters turned up on time in the pouring rain but that did not deter them they pressed on and got it fitted by dinnertime and it now shows the rest of the Bungalow up pity they do not do windows as well

The whole thing took only 3 weeks from start to finish. The door was sensibly priced and the installation was carried out by a proper old fashioned tradesman who clearly took great pride in his work.

I had mine fitted just before Christmas so the 0% finance was a also very handy.

Easy to use configurator, short visit by a joiner to assess the sizing, finalise the order by phone and then the door was fitted a couple of weeks later. Simple!
