The people we dealt with at the Yeovil showroom were all without fail extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and the follow-up to make sure that we were okay after taking possession of the new car was also great. Keeping it simple and focussed on the customer
We were looking for an Audi Q2 with some specific features. During our search we talked to several Audi and Audi specialist dealers. When I spoke to Joe in Yeovil, he quickly understood that we know what we wanted and he moved the conversation to when rather than if. The whole process felt focussed on us and what we wanted to buy. The end to end process was straightforward and considerate. By the way, my wife is loving the Q2.

We had a lovely service from start to finish with Sam at Yeovil Audi.
He was brilliant he helped with more than just getting the car but the set up (even on my phone) and didn’t let us leave until we knew all the ins and outs about our new car!
Would highly recommend Yeovil branch. We were greeted with refreshments and instantly felt at ease, didn’t wait longer than 5 minutes to be seen on all occasions and was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! Just what getting a new car should be!

Really great experience
Really great experience. We whad been looking for a Q3 with a very specific profile (low milage with certain packs in one colour) and Yeovil was the only one offering it at prices you would only see way up north. The team bent over backwards to get the car in as-new condition before pickup, and it's been driving beautiful for the last few weeks. After care has also been exceptional with them checking up on us to make sure we were happy with everything. Couldn't have asked for more and well worth the drive...

Went to Yeovil Audi to look at cars as was giving up.my company car and needed to buy something to replace it. Met with Sam Spilsbury who listened to what I said regarding sensible choices, boot space, work miles, but also saw the way I spent the most time with a beautiful used TT. No pressure or fuss, he looked at things like ULEZ charges on the models I liked, tax costs, insurance brackets etc. He opened up all the cars and left me to explore with my husband. Long story short I am a very happy new owner of a beautiful TT and yes my Collie fits very happily in the back. Thank you to Sam and Luke true professionals in every sense. The best buying experience I have had!

All departments here are second to none.
Would have appreciated a folder for sale details, and also for the owners manual rather than a cardboard box. Both of these were included at my last purchase of a secondhand Audi form Marshalls in the form of Audi branded products. Otherwise excellent service.

Warranty repair issue well handled throughout.
The issue with my warranty repair was dealt with to my complete satisfaction. All of the staff I dealt with from first contact through to picking up the car after repair were helpful, courteous and professional.
