I called up today and spoke to Holly, i told her I'm looking for a car, she did ask me if I was looking to speak to sales, I mean I did just mention I was looking to buy a car, I was looking for a car and i had previously spoke to Dan who was not very reassuring when I wanted to know about doing a professional car vichle check before coming up to get the car, it's always a bit worrying if companies don't allow you to do a professional check on a car as its ok for the car dealership to tell you their cars go through checks but, I've heard this story before and let's just say iv learnt to not trust everything people tell you especially when buying cars from dealer, I found Dan a bit rude and not very helpful, I did speak with someone today who was a bit more friendly but Dan you can't be shock when I tell you I do t really trust car salesmen and I don't really trust what you tell me,
(I'm not a sheep) car salesmen can be very dishonest,
Update so why did DAN tell me i couldn't do a professional independent car vichle check, so what is the policy ? Because I was requesting to do exactly that a third party inspection

We have seen Daniel twice now, first time he help our daughter Chloe purchase her first Audi and we were so impressed with him we came back to purchase our Audi estate which we are extremely happy with. High standard of service from polite and friendly staff. Video of underside of car and tyres really informative.
Withdrawal of the service to take customers into town is disappointing and expensive to use taxi service alternative at £25.

One very happy customer with my new Q2 from Yeovil Audi. Nothing was too much hassle all very polite helpful, went above and beyond in customer service.
The lengths went to, to find the right car I was looking for let alone the details I wanted was amazing.
Even changed colour on few things I wanted done which made the car look how I wanted.

I have had my Audi A3 for a few years. Its a 17 plate. But from the moment I purchased it and eventhough I live in London, I have always taken the car back to Audi Yeovil for all the services it has required. This includes normal service times and even though I have not covered the amount of miles I have adhered to having the cambelts changed and recently had a full major service/ inspection (December 24) on my car. From day one of my dealings with Audi Yeovil the team there has always given me the highest level of service and support. Always advised of any service requirements in advance so I can arrange to get there and upon arrival I cannot praise them enough for the friendly welcome and the high level of attention I receive. I will always appreciate this and this is why I won't have my car services dealt with anywhere else. So a huge thank you to all from the receptionist, the service manager and Dan from whom I purchased the car from originally I cannot find a better place if you fancy an Audi to go to. Wishing you all the very best for the future and continued success! You all deserve it.

Great service as always
I bought a Q3 from Yeovil Audi at the beginning of December. I love the car.
Sam Spilsbury was great during the sales process, I got a fair deal on part-exchanging my A3 cabriolet and there was no pressure or hard sell. Sam was very patient, he spent the best part of a day with me while I looked at the Q2 and Q3, test drove the Q3 and subsequently bought it. Communication was great during the period between seeing the car and handover day.
I will continue to use Yeovil Audi for my servicing, they always provide an excellent service.

I recently bought a used A5 Coupe from Yeovil Audi, I can’t praise them highly enough. Ollie dealt with me the whole way through, and was brilliant. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable.
There was a chip in the windscreen, which had been repaired and was legal, I was promised it would be replaced, and it duly was. The floor mats were looking a little tired, and when I picked the car up, they’d been replaced with two lovely new ones, again without me requesting this.
It was the most pleasurable experience I’ve had in over 20 years of buying cars, and the after sales has been excellent too, I had a phone call from Ollie to check that I was happy with the car a week after picking it up. Thoroughly, thoroughly recommended.
