Due to delays in delivery it would have been better if updates were rlelayed to us at regular intervals. Very happy with the car now.

1st class experience and customer service

From the moment I made contact with Dan, the experience has been smooth and quickly dealt with. I decided to drive from Scotland to Yeovil to collect my vehicle and Dan, along with his colleague made my visit enjoyable. Everything was set up on the car for me and the vehicle was immaculate. Good customer service
Daniel always did what he said he would do and when he said he would do it. Although we had to wait for a tyre issue to be rectified, the work was done as promised and at no additional expense.

This was an exceptional service and experience from start to finish. We had a car fall through and saw a car advertised at Yeovil Audi. Mike our salesman managed to supply us with a near identical car at the same price but with an Audi approved model and with a 2 year warranty. The service was exceptional from start to finish and for the first time in my life i was so pleased i actually wanted to leave a review. I have brought many cars in my life from different main dealers New and Used and this is by far the best experience i have had. It would have been great if the car could have been delivered (for free) as we are based in London and it could have been for a price but we opted to collect and drive back to test it out. Ended up with a Great Car at a Great price with Great service. After sales so far has been spot on.
